I am 5"2 and about average size, so I wear a M most times, however when I ordered a medium the jacket fit a little too small for my liking. If you relate, then go a size up.

I returned this product due to the sleeves being short on the person that the jacket was brought for. The person is super tall and the fir was off for him.

Arm sleeves are short and the jacket rides up constantly so it pinches on the arm pits. North Face store won't even let me exchange it.

For the price I paid it is not insulated or good with the wind I will definitely be exchanging this for something worth the price!!!

This coat is super comfortable and looks good, I like it for those reasons. Sadly it does not have interior pockets! Inexcusable! The pockets are lined on only one side (the outside), so the inside side of the pockets is the same water resistant material the coat is made of, which means your hands will get wet and sweaty fast. The hood falls off very easily, with or without a beanie on it just doesn't stay up, walking into the wind it literally is useless. This coat is very comfortable, it is light and the material is super flexible, but the glaring design errors are unacceptable at this price point and surprising from a good brand like the north face. Probably best to find a different coat that would be more useful. I feel good in this coat down to about 50-55 degrees depending on the wind

northface has gone woke...so much for selling performance gear...their models posing w/the "gear" is laughable...might as well put them in work boots...w/the same effect.

What happened North Face? After owning a few regular size NF coats over the years, this is the first coat with arm holes too small. Please don't follow the latest "trim" fashion.

The North Face has big design problems, almost all the North Face jackets have longer than average sleeves, so the arm parts wrinkles a lot, and it looks bad to wear. I have No problems with Puma, Helly Hansen, and Eddie Bauer etc. their sleeves fit me perfectly. Another major flaw about North Face is when the jacket is fully zipped up, the chest part is somewhat tight compare to other brands. I wanted to tell the North Face about these problems a long time ago. Please make your sleeves a bit shorter, and the chest part a bit wider. Thank you for listening to customers. I'm 170 cm and 70 kg, average build body, and I purchased Small size. I will return the North Face HYDRENALITE DOWN HOODIE. It's not comfortable to wear this jacket when fully zipped up, and sleeves are too long.

Bought this jacket for one that was ripped and I'm highly disappointed. No chest inside or outside pocket and a zipper so large that it lets so much air in you might as well leave it unzipped. Forget about climbing the north face in this jacket they've gone commercial

Love the red color. Outside of that, it has terrible quality. I work in an office setting, and after one week multiple holes are appearing throughout the jacket. From along the sleeves and between the seams the down is coming out.

I ordered this jacket after having an issue with another product and going through warranty. The down in this jacket comes out early in the life cycle of the coat and creates issues and makes the water resistance feature non-existent especially considering I rotate this coat with others and have only had it for only a year. For the price, I genuinely expected a better product. It is unfortunate because the style looks great just not functional or useful when your entire outfit is soaked in light rain.

Good jacket for the winter months and fits well overall - no complaints there. However, the zippers were not manufactured well and often got stuck. Eventually, the left zipper broke. I took the jacket to the nearest TNF store to see if I could send it back for repair. At that time, I also had two very small holes on the jacket which led to some of the down material leaking out. For the price my wife paid and the fact that TNF is a supposedly reputable brand, I expected that they would repair the defects and send it back to me (considering I'd have to wait upto 2 months). I received a notification within a week or so stating that they would not repair anything. I only had the jacket for a few months so I really thought they would honor the warranty. Highly disappointed - will not be buying North Face products going forward.
