This product is poorly made, the arms are much shorter then the body of the jacket. The jacket is much shorter then what is pictured on the model. I am returning this hoodie, very disappointed in the material, cut and sizing of this product.

Terrible fit.

Would not purchase this jacket again, but honestly i probably won't purchase any new North Face products anymore. The jacket was a super thin and cheap material, felt like it would rip if got caught on just about anything. It was as EXTREMELY short, yet they don't advertise it as cropped? Their quality has significantly decreased clearly. This is not the first North Face item I've purchased that was subpar quality, however it will be the last. Just bought a patagonia nano instead and I LOVE it. Also, I sent back the jacket over two weeks ago, they've received the package, yet still haven't refunded me. Upon further research, ive found i'm not the only one who's had a difficult and timely experience getting my refund.

Need to return this as the size was too small. It's difficult to rely on purchasing anything online as every company's size is not consistent with standard sizing..

The coat is really cute and I love the color but the fit was just off on me. I'm 4'11 and it was too short. Maybe I'm just not up to speed on the trends but it didn't work, I returned.

This coat is horrible don't buy. This coat cost to much to be thin and not warm.

The coat runs small. I am normally an XL, but for this coat I had to size up to an XXL. Also the feathers come out the coat none stop. I've purchased multiple coats but this one is the first time I've been disappointed.

I recently bought this North Face down jacket from the store and was excited to start using it. Unfortunately, within a few days, I noticed down feathers poking through multiple areas, especially on the sleeve. For a brand like North Face, I expected higher quality. I'm disappointed, as I hoped this jacket would last through the season without issues. I'm now left deciding whether or not to go through the hassle of a return. The warmth is great, but the quality control seems to be lacking. I'd recommend inspecting any items bought from the store very carefully!

This is cropped jacket that is not fitted and very unflattering to my teenager, who is very slim. It makes you look like you have a potato silhouette. Instead, we went with The North Face Aconcagua 3 Hooded Short Puffer Jacket; it's so cute!

You lost it! My niece is going to be really disappointed at Christmas!

Coat fits great but you can see the down feather's throughout the jacket so I returned, jacket looks more orange than red

Super thin jacket. There is a hole in one of the sleeves already, so the feathers keep coming out. Disappointed in The North Face for this product.

I bought small, but it is too big

The picture shows the coat thick and fluffy. Completely thin and flat. Not worth the money.

fit small, went to return and has been months since ive seen refund...

The waist doesn't have a drawstring or elastic or any way to keep the wind & cold from coming in and up. Completely impractical. Very surprised North Face didn't plan or test this.

I rarely used this product & now only after 2 months the feathers started coming out from everywhere, it's like buying such a costly jacket from this reputed brand & it just lasted 2 months, i am so disappointed. It was my first product from The North Face, i was so excited, i spent my hard earned money, but I won't purchase anything from this brand & won't recommend it to anyone either.

This jacket was shipped with holes on the sleeve and on the front of the zipper and I sent it to warranty to get it fixed and they shipped it back saying it wasn't fixable. You sold me a jacket that was ruined and now I can't even trade it in for a new one because the size M are sold out everywhere ! I'm extremely mad !

Upon first glance I can see the down escaping from the puffer. The insulation down does not seem to stay in place and are already coming out. Returned because this was not the usually North Face quality.

Fits way too small I got a medium

I purchased two of this jackets because I see it looks cute . However, it's not good quality and expensive. After my second wash I see feathers come out from the thread. I would recommend do double line especially on the hoodie to block the feathers don't let it come out . I want to return it but I throw away the price tag . Really sad that I have to keep them .
