I spotted this coat online and loved it, but when I tried this coat on it was over-cropped to the point of impracticality - I am not a tall woman but it hit several inches above my waist.

Personally, I like to cover my bum because I feel warmer when things are little longer.

I feel like as a brand TNF should understand the need for their products to be water repellent. Warm but can only be worn if not raining. In WA State it's useless. For the price it's frustrating.

Quality looks cheaper in person

Cute style coat. Thin material so the dark feathers show through the coat. I had to return it

It is just ok. I love the print but it doesn't feel like the craftsmanship I'm accustomed to with this brand

Even if you follow the instructions on the tag your gonna end up with a flat jacket on wash day. I tried everything, tennis balls, drying balls.nothing worked had to return.

The jacket runs way too small. I bought a small for my daughter who normally wears XS and the fit was not right. The sleeves were too short and she is very tiny.

The jacket is lightweight, stylish and waterproof but it is not warm enough. I went to Toronto in December and I was wearing 3 layers of warmers and sweaters underneath and still freezing to death. I am now selling it second hand cuz its not good enough for me.

The coat is full of feathers. It does not keep me warm for the price I paid

I love how it looks on me but it's only been a few weeks of wearing it and I noticed feather seeping through the jacket after a few wears. at first I thought it was from somewhere else but I noticed more feathers going out. Sighs.

This coat was more for a fashion look than to use it was the extreme weather. The quality wasn't there for me compare to North Face other jackets coat in my opinion.

It is aesthetically appealing because of the brand name, but it is the thinnest jacket ever, it's more like a windbreaker, especially for the price!! They could've added way more fluff, way more cmon now

I bought this coat a week ago, and I noticed today that there are feathers coming out of it. I have maybe worn it three times, and for short periods of time. Going to return and try for a new one.

Poor quality, not worth the premium price

Jacket was not it. Might be better on a very petite frame. I ordered an XL and just looked frumpy. Jacket was boneless, extremely lightweight, felt cheap even though it wasn't...Just an absolute no.

Cheaply made feathers are coming out and everywhere not that warm very thin

This jacket looks like it fits a child. I am 5ft 7in tall and 165 lbs. I ordered a medium as that is my usual size. Way too cropped (way above my belly button) and the sleeves are way too short. The model and picture are completely not the same coat. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

There are a few issues with the product - two namely: not-true-to-size .. compared to other North Face sizing AND not-true in being a cold weather jacket for Canadian Temps .. at least not for anything over -10

This jacket is extremely thin. Has North Face changed its filling?
