Luv the extra padding in the back of the neck I feel this coat is cut smaller especially in the arms area

I really wanted to like this jacket.. I'm usually a medium so I ordered a medium first and then it was too tight on the sides and also on the chest. I thought sizing up would be the perfect fit but the large one was too big for me too. I like how it looks flattering on me in the waist area but I'm just sad that there are no in-between sizes. The hood also looks weird.

I LOVE this jacket. I am short and have a large chest and this jacket fits me perfect. It is very hard to find such a well fitting jacket of this type that actually zips when you have a large chest.

I love using my jacket, the hood is removable which is great because I usually don't care for wearing them if I can help it! it's really lightweight, easy to carry but is so warm! I like that it's not too puffy to the point it swallows me and it cinches at the waist a bit to give you a better figure

I've never had a North Face coat and always wanted one. I finally splurged after having my eye on this one for awhile. The pros are Thats it's very pretty, flattering, warm, lightweight and packable. The cons are that the hood comes off every time I slightly touch it. Whether I'm putting my purse on or carrying totes it unsnaps. I haven't seen other reviews mentioning it and I'm wondering if mine is defective. Also the logo looks kinda cheaply applied. I wish the hood wasn't so prone to coming off. I've had to chase after it on a windy day. Ridiculous! I would leave it off but I want a coat with a hood.

Love this down jacket

Sper cute and slim fitting. Size up for a. Less snug feel. A sweater underneath is way too tight. Pro that its super warm.

It's such a cute jacket but didn't fit me well- just too tight across the chest and shoulders for me. Not unusual with NF for me, but sizing up would mean the waist and hips would be too big. I'm 36C across the chest with athletic shoulders. I wish companies wouldn't design coats to be such boob crushers! Sadly returning

Warm and lightweight, this blue color also looks really good on Asian skin tone.

This is a nice looking and warm jacket. But for this price, I'd expect no loose threads and proper waterproofing.

Beautiful jacket that is so lightweight, yet very warm. Hood is insulated and fits the head, not for a helmet. It's a little too roomy at the hip line. But I love the quality!

When the cold, bitter winds of Kansas blast across the flatlands, I zip up my Metropolis jacket and head outside, knowing I'll be warm within the wintry weather. The jacket's flattering style that carves out my curves makes me feel feminine while bundled up in layers. My neck is covered with the jacket's high collar, keeping the shivers away. The option of wrapping my head in a hood is an added bonus. My only concern is the lower quality of the pocket zippers, which seem thin and not able to stand up to long years of use. We shall see...

First of all, customer service was very helpful to send me another jacket when l didn't get the jacket marked delivered. It was as expected nice color warm and very stylish. This is my second jacket and planning to buy another.
