Very comfortable and warm!

Love my jacket, I went to the NY, RI, and MASS. and was war the whole time. I walked everywhere with my two little kids and it did not feel bulky. Highly recommended, just wish it came in more colors! The small pockets high on the chest are very secure as well. I would keep my hotel keys and metro card in there. I also kept my IPhone max12 in my pockets with my wallet and it was secure. I appreciate that so I didn't have to carry a backpack or purse. I am 5'8 and 120lbs and a small was perfect for me and for layering. I had three layers and probably could layer more if I wanted.

The product runs a little bit larger, usually I am an L/XL and decided to go for the larger size (XL) and I had plenty of room for another down jacket. Overall really nice parka.

I am very happy with my new winter coat! The material is buttery soft and cozy warm. I am 5'6 / 135lbs and the medium fits perfectly. The length of the coat falls right above my knees, which is what I was looking for. I really like how the coat can be cinched at the waist and has a classic silhouette. I highly recommend this coat!

Warm jacket

My wife seems to like it, which I means I did alright. It is very soft inside and the color is cute. As others mentioned, the zipper is tricky, probably more so than it should be. But it doesn't bother my wife.

I bought this coat last year, and though I still love the style, I don't know these other buyers' trick to staying warm in it. When the temp gets below 40F, the wind and cold go right through it.

Overall, I really like it, the zipper is a pain though. I was deciding between a medium and large, medium fit better. The outside material is nice too, it's soft and smooth.

It is very warm to wear in a cold weather. It is water proof so my daughter can wear it snowy day and does not get wet. North face never disappoints me for the quality and I would recommend to others.

I would say it is an okay coat; not as warm as I hoped and the zipper is definitely tricky but I like the color and it works for some days.

This winter coat quality is good and water resistant. I bought it to my daughter in college. She loves it and it will keep her warm in the cold weather.

Very comfy and warm and not too tight through the shoulders. Easy to move around in. I wish it had an inner pocket though because only the two front thigh pockets are useful. The chest pockets are great for warming hands. Good length hits just at my knee and I'm 5'

I really liked the color of this jacket. It was super warm and I honestly didn't mind the pockets at all even though other reviews mentioned that their placement wasn't ideal. Unfortunately I felt that it did run large. I wasn't happy with how baggy it fit me so I returned it.

Fits perfectly. Not so bulky like my last winter coat. Color is beautiful and feminine.

I ordered TNF women's snow down parka in XL which turned out to be too big. Sending back to order a large.

This coat is super cute and warm. I took one star off because it does shed down on your clothes- is really bad on anything black that you are wearing. I got my regular North Face size. A little slimmer than other North Face winter coats. If you're in between sizes, you may want to size up. The zipper in the back is nice for more space when seated.

This jacket was very high quality. It was very warm and fairly lightweight. I liked the length and the ability to draw in the waist. To me, it ran a bit on the bigger side, so if you are between sizes and mostly the smaller size, size down.

This parka is so warm and comfortable, I love it except for two things: 1) There are a few design flaws, the pockets that are supposed to be hand-warmers usually located waist-high are placed right over the breasts, a little too high for hand warming. 2) The hood is lined with polyester, like used in sleeve lining so the sleeve doesn't snag on your clothes; unfortunately, this is a very noisy fabric when wearing the hood. The fabric brushes over the ears while walking and it's quite loud. Who would have known material could be so noisy? Better to line hoods with something soft like flannel. Other than that, I love this parka.

Great for commuting in Boston winters, it is warm and streamlined. Length is great, cuffs on the wrists are great. Only down side is that the zipper is difficult to zip.

Definitely a very warm jacket. Unfortunately I'm between a small and medium at north face and it makes purchases tricky. The Medium was comfortable but not flattering. I returned and do not plan to try the small as I'm pretty confident it won't allow for layering. I'm still giving it 4 stars because it seems like a very warm and high quality coat and is very pretty. Just not right for me. I'm 5'5 140 lbs for reference.
