These boots were better than expected. I needed safety shoes for work and do not like most of the sneaker or regular shoe styles. I like the boot styles because they give me plenty of toe room and ankle support. I am female and decided to try these men's boots. They fit perfectly. I got them a half size larger than my usual size. They fit perfectly with minimal breaking in time. Plenty of toe room and ankle support. I can work all day in them with very little discomfort. I would definitely buy them again.

Fits great. I have worn Bates when I was in the military so I know what to expect. I will be ordering these again in the future.

These are my favorite work boots. I'm getting ready to order a second pair. They're comfortable, they breathe in the summer.

Great boots. I had a great deal of difficulty finding the right width and these provided plenty of space. The boots are also very comfortable when working on my feet for 8-10 hours in a day.

The Bates brand Tactical Sport boot is one that I've had good experiences with. The fit was perfect and the boots were so comfortable that they seemed to be broken in already. I really enjoy the zip-up feature, and the laces didn't slip; I like that a lot.

They size a little bigger than Danner boots if you have those. In Danner I would need a 9 1/2 in these a 9 is plenty big for me to still wear my winter socks. They are surprisingly comfortable and the zipper is nice. Overall great quality. The laces are nice material although they tend to slide just a bit I would recommend double knotting.

The boots fell apart after one month. The composite toe and the sole became exposed and were no longer watertight. the overall stitching was weak and broke with regular use.

this boot is true to size and spot on with the wide width on my feet, has one of the best arch support in my collection of different brands of boots. absolutely love the side zipper for easy on and off. so far has ok breathability and does a great job of being water resistant. grips concrete floors pretty well, have not slipped in these yet after using weekly over a year

the size was perfect, no extra room at all. if your toe nails were too long they would smash against the toe box. I have a wide food so I got the wide width, and it fits perfect. not too tight and not loose at all. this boot has a little bit of mesh breathing material but also a leather like material that gives you some water resistance. so far these boots have great tread and grips smooth concrete Floors pretty good. I absolutely love the side zipper for the ease of getting your foot in and out quickly. one thing that this boot needs improvement on is the insoles. right out of the box your foot is completely flat with next to no cushion, if you work standing on concrete floors I recommend investing in some good insoles. other than that these are great boots that I expect will last at least a year under harsh working conditions.
