I had discomfort the first couple of days wearing the boots. I went hiking on hilly terrain and the top of the left boot was rubbing against my shin. Now I am back on flat terrain and the boots are fine. No more rubbing, no more bruise-y feeling. The round toebox is perfect for me and my feet stays dry.

These boots are great for running around town and I have even worn them all day at work standing. I have both colors!

Love the look and really love the customer service, second to none. The fit of the boot feels okay, stiff with a narrow toe box interior. The color is unique and versatile.

These Keen boots were exactly what i was hoping for; Waterproof, insulated and sturdy for walking in all kinds of Colorado cold weather. And good traction to boot! ha! Normally, I wear a size 9 but had to return them for a 9.5 which fit perfectly, especially after a little bit of a break in. I highly recommend these boots.

We've been looking for really comfortable but also functional outdoor boots! These are great.

This boot is quite stiff out of the box. Hope it will break in like my previous pair.

These are great boots but I had to return them. I have a bony prominence on top of my left foot and it put too much pressure on it. The right boot fit perfectly. This is problem for me in finding boots to fit. I was hoping this boot would be roomy enough but unfortunately not. They are what I have been looking for in the Chelsea style. I guess this style is not meant for me.

This style did not work for me. It was just too tight around the front, top of the foot/ ankle area.. I realized that it would just become an irritant after I wore them so I found it best to return them. I love the style and I really wanted them to work ....maybe next time

Ordered both black/steel grey and olive/timberwolf as backup for my current Keen Gretas. Ordered same size in new version and are extremely uncomfortable. Hard to get on/off. Toe box crowded and top digs into shin. Love old Gretas so much was going to exchange and give new Gretas another chance in a 1/2 size up. Unfortunately, Keen doesn't do mail exchanges...only returns. Got these at 25% off so will wait till on sale again. Hopefully by then sizing issues corrected. 2 stars for Keen quality.

I think Keen has quality products. These boots fit my feet but the backs rub the backs of my lower legs. I returned them but will probably buy a different style of Keen.

They are a little big and stiff...hoping they soften up the more I wear them..

This is my second pair of Keen boats and I absolutely love them. Its cold and rainy and I love putting my boots on to keep my feet warm and dry. Not to mention how comfortable they are. I also get compliments on them in public. So glad my kids bought me my first pair. Im hooked.

I love my new boots but they run large. I normally wear a 7.5 but I actually need these in a 7. Unfortunately I've worn them to work on the farm and assume I've worn them to much to exchange them. They are still comfortable a size to big and im happy regardless. Gr8 boots!

The top of the ankle is roughly cut and dig in to your shin when you bend your ankles. The edges of the elastic insert rubs along ankle. The shoe is very hard to put on, so doesn't meet my standards as a 'slip on' boot. The toe box and support are comfortable if you can stand the rest of the shoe. The color is blah. Disappointed in Keen on this one and have been a customer for many years. I have noticed the quality of many of their shoes declining over time. The world we live in I guess.

I was disappointed in these. I have several sandals in size W7 which have plenty of room in the toe box. I upsized these to W7.5 and they are too narrow in the toes--don't feel foot shaped. So, they are going back. Other than the non-foot-shaped toe box that Keen is known for, these looked and felt like great shoes.

They run big, they feel clunky- its true that I was hoping they could replace my blundstones but theres no comparison. They are so loose at the top that rain would surely pour in. I love my other Keens and will try a different boot. I have small feet and these just didnt work. Thanks for the free returns. I will try again! I love your company.

I bought a version of this boot about 4 years ago. I wore them seasonally each year and they still looked pretty good but I finally had to replace them as they werent water tight anymore. I love the new ones too! Im tempted to buy a back up just in case they discontinue!

The boot is well made and Keens quality is top-notch. I love that theyre waterproof. The length of the boot and the width in the toe box are just right. The width in the middle of the boot and heel is too wide; I have a narrow heel. I plan to get boot socks to see if it helps with this issue. I ordered size 11 regular.

I've been happily wearing some version of a Keen Chelsea boots for years and years, way back to the Providence style days. My beloved Chelsea boots from year or so ago had to be replaced, so I ordered the same exact size, 9, and they were far, far too large. I returned and ordered a 8.5 and couldn't get my foot in. They went back, too. In addition to the sixing being off, the sole was also different. (Although, honestly, that's not a problem for me.) Sigh. I've always counted on Keen shoes for my hard to fit foot, but I'm gutted to have to look around to other brands.

I live on a farm in the rainforest in the Big island of Hawaii and these boots are perfect for my lifestylefashionable and functional! They slip on and off easily and have great traction. My favorite keep boot ever!
