I wished I had gotten a half size bigger then my normal size. I haven't looked into exchanging them.

I'm a jogger and a big NB fan and buy several pairs of the 1080's every year. Saw online these 880s and the colors are my favorites and as was about to visit rainy Scotland, I thought these would be perfect. Unfortunately, these were not as comfy for me as the 1080s, so I exchanged them for a V12 1080 pairand love them!

I am a runner, I usually run anywhere between 3-10 miles 4 days or more a week. For a few years now I have been buying the New Balance 860s and they have been amazing shoes, however this year I wasn't a huge fan of their colors for the 860 v12 so I searched for something similar and found these. They are aesthetically exactly what i wanted and love in a shoe, but they fell short for what I needed them for which was distance running on pavement. I felt that these shoes would be better suited for shorter distances at faster speeds and sprinting instead of distance running. They lacked bounce and cushion compared to the 860 but felt as though the structure was more support in the heel and instep and barely any in the toe which propelled me forward a bit more. Overall I do think they're great shoes but did not hold up as well as my 860s on 5k + distance runs.

I really love the color scheme but the toe box is much more narrow than my regular 880's. Makes it hard to wear them for long runs.

I enjoy walking outside even if it is raining and now I don't have to worry about my socks or feet getting soaked. They work wonderfully.

Gave myself a bloody toenail. These run just a little bit small in the toe box. Otherwise, love the style. Super cute.

The Hierro v6 GTX is a way better option. Considering the price difference is only $10 I expected these shoes to be made as well as those, not so. Even with the Gore-tex I would have expected these shoes to be $180 max considering the type of material used is similar cloth to their other shoes. Not as waterproof either. The holes in the fabric at the top make it so water does seep through after some tome, good for short walks but not for all day wear outside. Grass gets entwined into the fabric and it's hard to pull it out. If you're debating between these and the Hierro v6 definitely go with the ladder, far more premium feel and more waterproof than these. For the price I expected more, they're super comfortable and I love the colors but not what I was expecting for over $200. The fabric feels like its going to tear easily. The wide fit is perfect for people with wide feet, lots of room and my toes don't rub together. Overall good shoes just not what I was looking for.

Good tread and stability, decent cushion, fits in length and width ok, but toe box is just not deep enough and presses down on the top of my toes- starts the day off ok but after 8 hrs of relentless pressure top to bottom at toe box, toes are in agony. I think you have a design flaw, both models of NB I bought do this, no other brands I own have this problem. It's unfortunate.

I am a nurse and go through a pair of tennis shoes about every 6 months. I have plantar fasciitis and have been sticking to the NB fresh foam flex as they are really comfortable. However, I saw these shoes online and made the mistake of falling for looks. Once I opened the box, I was kind of disappointed because the blue and the purple are not as vibrant as they are in the picture. Also, I noticed spots of sneaker glue all over the shoe. Just looked poorly constructed. I tried them on and they weren't as supportive as the fresh foam flex. Ultimately, they just weren't for me and I ended up exchanging them for another pair of fresh foam flex.

I thought they would be more comfortable for the price. Don't get me wrong, you can walk with them but I have others with similar price that are way more comfortable than this pair! They're cute, reflective but I can't work 8 hrs, 12 or 16 hrs with cuteness!

I always wear New Balance but these shoes didn't measure up. There's very little cushioning and it felt tight in length. I'm returning.

Felt crushing feeling in big toe area. Not sure why, just something it seems with this design didn't work for my foot. Tried different sizes to no avail. Trying another one that I hope might work better.

Not as cushioned as the regular 1080 and much less flexible. Felt a bit like a hiking shoe. Also the huge “GORE-TEX” branding is really ugly.

I was so excited about these shoes! Unfortunately, they were way too small! I normally take a size 11W. I don't have very wide feet, just I need something to accommodate my orthotics. These run extremely narrow. There was no way my orthotics would fit in them. My toes were already hurting and scrunched in the toe box after a few min. I would need a size 13 Extra wide, in order to fit my regular size 11. It's too bad. These really are a beautiful shoe.

I bought these shoes for work. I am on my feet a lot during the day as a Certified Dental Assistant. I'm still breaking my shoes in but I don't find them super comfortable. My feet are really tired at the end of the day. My Oofos were way more comfy but wore out too fast. Once my NB shoes are not new looking anymore I will wear them outside for walks and hikes and I think they'll be great for our West Coast rainy days.

I bought these shoes in wide hoping they would be comfortable with my bunions. I wore them around the house and they seemed ok. First time I wore them all day my feet hurt so bad. I might have a very expensive pair of shoes collecting dust

I used them for work shoes ( lots of standing and walking). Nowhere near as good as the older style. Hurt my feet right away. Wish they would go back to the old soles they used to be amazing shoes. They look great but quality of the soles went down greatly.

I have been wearing this model for years and have been happy with them until this version. They are much shorter and narrower than prior models. I ordered my usual size but these pinch my toes and the whole toe box is tight. Wore them a few times hoping they would become more comfortable, but will have to give them away because they hurt too much to run or go for long walks. New Balance - please return to the great fit of the past models!

I don't have crazy high arches on my feet, but moderate ones. I loved New Balance brand and have always found their moderate arch support to work well for me. I've bought casual and athletic styles, always had a great fit, could just order them online and knew they'd work. I was excited to see the awesome colors on this shoe, and was willing to pay a little extra for the fun colors. I followed other peoples' advice from comments and ordered 0.5 size up (10.5 instead of my normal 10), and they fit perfectly in regard to the size (Definitely recommend going 0.5 size up). I have average width feet, so the normal width was perfect too, in that aspect. But the internal foot bed was so strangely shaped. It's like the outer edges were built up, and it pushed my foot to roll inward, but with zero arch support at all, my foot rolled inward with every step, and it cause major ankle, shin, and knee pain after just a few days of wear. I was so shocked, and disappointed. There goes my guarantee of New Balance having at least moderate arch support -- no more. These fit more like a flat old Nike shoe. Nike works perfectly for my husband's flat feet; I guess I can suggest he try new New Balance too. Sad to have to return them and search for a new brand going forward. :(

I loved my 880s prior to these. I needed replacements and wanted to give the GTX a try. Sadly they are very small. I definitely would need a size up. They were very tight.
