run small. I ordered a bigger size but are still tight

shoe was exactly what I wanted for running

thought they fit differently from my old ones but am enjoying new cushioned sole feet feel good!

I wear them at work, where I am on my feet for 8 hours each day, and they are really nice. My feet don't get too sore, and my legs are not feeling fatigued.

I've been using these for work, I am a server and they've been super comfy! But I can tell they will wear quickly as they are already starting to after a month.

I ordered these shoes in another color and the loved the looks and fit, so ordered another color the lilac and just didn't care for that color so returned them. I am hoping new colors come available.

I really liked the colorful blue shoes I ordered. They were navy blue with several different other colors & pink design on the soles. I ordered one size larger because some reviews said they ran small. I found that they ran narrow. The shoelaces were too short, as many of the reviews stated. I wanted to keep them, because they were fun shoes & I have always bought New Balance shoes, but unfortunately they were too tight for me & I had to return them.

I have been wearing the Womens Fresh Foam 860 for a few years. They are very supportive for my high arch. However the last pair i bought in black & white did not have laces long enough to reach all the eye holes on the shoes. Therefore I cannot lace them all the way. I contacted New Balance and was told that they do not provide additional laces and therefore cannot help me. I think this is poor customer service and I'm very disappointed with New Balance.

I power walk three miles a day five to six times a week and wear orthotics in my sneakers. I found that these sneakers fit too snug in the front of the foot therefore I won't be using them for this purpose. I did keep them because I really like the design and the color. I will use them for daily walking.

I have worn this NB 860 for years. In fact it's the reason I felt comfortable ordering online. However I miss the soft wrap on my heels & shoe lace length is super shortened. Love the color combination! Daily fast walker and the shoe still works.

I have been wearing these same shoes for many years. I was always size 10B. However, I should have sized down at least half a size in this new version. I would be careful when buying them that you try them for size before venturing out. I was so confident after years of buying the same shoe that I brought them to meet friends for a run and was stuck with wearing them only to realize they are too big and now I cannot return them. Otherwise, I really LOVE them.

I do like the shoe a lot, but I feel that the laces are way too short. I use the very last eyelet to tie my sneakers, but I have never had this issue with New Balance before.

I had a pair of New Balance that I bought a few years ago. They were just perfect. This pair is the same size, yet the shoe is shorter and doesn't have enough toe room so I'm disappointed in that. I just wish they had left the design alone. I absolutely loved my old pair. And why are they doubled in price now? I happen to love the New Balance sneakers before they got all fancy with the new designs. I know they're good shoes but it reminds me of when you make a piece of art... you keep adding and adding til you can no longer recognize it. It was great when it was simpler and the colors were simpler.

Wondering if the size might run a little smaller. All of my other NB are 91/2 and fit fine. These seem a little snug. Love the color. Took them for my gym shoes not sure they would work for walking. Next time I will order a 10. Love New Balance

Still wishing lateral ankle part of shoe were higher, more stable. Good midfoot and toe support.
