In all other new balance shoes, I've always been an 11.5. These are small, have sent back, still waiting on the credit to show up on my card before trying to order another size.

I don't know what this trend towards narrower shoes is about in recent years, but I only switched to NB from other brands because they were still wide enough to fit comfortably. This pair is a complete disappointment. I'd send them back if I had a decent pair to use while I wait on a replacement. I'm on my feet all day and don't appreciate having to "break in" a pair of shoes at this price point when I haven't had to in the past.

I've ordered the same New Balance shoe for years - same size and same type. These do not fit the same (shorter.) They changed the back of the shoe to something much more uncomfortable and after only a short use, my legs and feet were killing me. I'm so disappointed.

Too soft and squishy. Unstable for walking. Not worth the money.

Very un comfortable Can wear only short time, even put in gel Inserts. Feet hurt after walking in them. Will never buy again.

Thought I was buying i stability shoe. Not even motion control.

I have 2 other Models (990 and 880) in 11 4E size. those 'Models" fit me. This pair of 860s is formed too ' TIGHT,' and do NOT my feet! Even the shoe laces that come with the shoes are made too short to tie.

I've been buying New Balance sneakers for 5 decades and never had an issue with them fitting properly of being comfortable. I hope this was a fluke with this particular sneaker. I will be returning them.

I'm 6,3', 220lbs, busted knee, surgery on the right foot and lower spine. This shoe didn't have the comfort or support that my arches or body needed. I felt flat and unsupported. Probably a great show for others but not me. Oh well, I tried something new as NB was OOS on my Fresh Foam V3 Black etc.

First time I've purchased a new balance shoe that has high arches. So high it was causing me pain in my foot. Wish I could return them.

This is my 4th or 5th pair of these shoes as I can't find any other stability shoe in my size. I had to re-glue part of the sole after 6 whole days of having them. Other pairs have lasted longer but all have had issues.

Compared to V11, the 860 V12 feels a lot heavier on the foot and it's chunky. Really chunky. The sole in the toe box is stiff and takes time to break in. I know some people didn't like the molded back on the V11, but the heavier fabric and "counters" of the V12 are not an improvement and feel stiff. While the V12 has great lateral stability, the V11 was a much better shoe overall. I wish I had spent my $$$ money on old stock V11s.

I absolutely love my 860v11 new balance shoes, so much so, that I decided to order another pair....... However the closest available was the 860v12. After receiving it, it just doesn't compare to the v11. Stiffer, sized slightly smaller, and not as comfortable as the v11. I'm wearing the v12, but not happy with them.

Very Rigid uncomfortable shoe,nice and light weight shoe heard so much good about New Balance guess they don't work for me at all.

I buy 6-8 pairs a year of the 860's. The toe box is much more narrow on these.

My order was "Model New Foam 880G12, size 11-4E, Extra wide". Currently I have Model 990 and 880, both in 11-4E size, Extra Wide. The new 880s, for some reason, are more SNUG on my feet, i.e. when manufactured they are (slightly) smaller all-around. Length is not quite the same, and width is not the same as my other models... Less room in shoes! ...I have to loosen the laces to widen the top part of shoes, and end up with laces that are very short and difficult to tie. My other shoes' sizing are all fine for my feet. Don't know why this pair is different. I feel I must return them.

I got mine in September and after a couple of months they split in the back.

I stand all night at work . This shoe is not great for that. The shoe has a hard soul. Inside foot soul is very thin.

I had to return them, first time ever for me with new balances. The insole on the right shoe had an odd bump near my heel. It was causing pain while walking. It was weird because the left shoe was fine. I think it was a one off defect.

Replaced my 860v10 with these, but they do not even feel close to the same as the old pair. I've had these for about a month and have logged about 25-30 miles. I keep hoping that they will break in but it seems like they aren't getting any better. The only positive is that they fit the same so they are true to size.

This product Fresh Foam 860, does not live up to the quality of Fresh Foam 1080. Sorry returned product with no problem and received credit
