I walk 4-5 miles every morning, no running. I’ve been wearing Asics Gel Nimbus and Kayano’s for years but lately the soles wear down quickly. The New Balance looked like they would hold up better and so far no complaints.

I haven't like the look of the last few versions of the 860 and instead have gone with the Vongo v5 (which is awesome) however when I saw the white/apricot/orange color I had to have it. These are super comfortable, plenty supportive and look awesome. My foot is a little wider yet the regular width works fine. I do take a half size up from the Vongo v5 though.

i was looking for some athletic shoes that alleviated arthritis knee pain and felt comfortable with plantar fasciitis. I ordered a men's 10 x wide and the fit is spot on. I have wide feet and high arches so i try to buy extra wide shoes whenever possible. These were actually $15 cheaper than at Amazon. I also recently bought men's Saucony Triumph 19 a few weeks ago. Comparing the 2 shoes I'd say the Saucony has more sponge feeling, while these New Balance have a firmer feel. I slightly prefer the Saucony shoes but they don't come in extra wide. The wide fits OK but my toe box area feels like it needs more room especially when my feet swell. I use the Saucony to walk my dog about 3 miles a day and they look pretty scruffy now so i bought the New Balance for the gym. i do find these New Balance have good support and provide stability which i need due to the arthritis in my knees.

Instant relief when I slipped on my new pair of Fresh Foam. My hips, knees and low back are happy now that I have replaced my old shoes. New Balance is the ONLY brand shoe I am able to wear these days.

I first purchased the NB 840 and was not pleased. It felt like a really heavy and bulky shoe. I then purchased the NB 860. What a great difference! The 860 feels the way a shoe should and I have a large and wide foot requiring size of 12 EEEE.

I require a wide shoe with very strong support to prevent overpronation. The X 860V12 provides these in a lightweight, stylish shoe. I can be on my feet for long periods of time in comfort and without pain.
