I love these. I replace all insoles with Pinnacle Plus power step insoles, and they’re fine in these shoes.
They are true to size. My feet are somewhat narrow, and the medium width is perfect.
I’m going to order another pair in gray.

I’ve been wearing 840’s for years. Got these 2 days ago and today I walked 8.3 miles in them. These shoes work perfect for my long, wide feet.

This is the walking shoe that fits my foot. I would get 10 pair. Kidding, kind of. But I'm on my third pair. I'm sorry this version is discontinued although they still can be found for now. I normally wear a seven, but in this shoe I'm a 7 1/2.

I teach group fitness and I use these shoes for many different types of studio classes including strength , Cardio, and Dance. They are also excellent running shoes for the treadmill and outside. I enjoy New Balance shoes because they always can accommodate the fact that I need a wider toe box area in my fitness shoes! I highly recommend them!!

I bought these to replace a different brand I had to return. These are marvelous! I needed a comfy shoe that gave me support but was roomy enough in the toe area as I recently had foot surgery. I do a lot of walking and give me the support and room I need. They ate not super stylish but I have gotten compliments even though I ordered a wide they do not look really big. I would highly recommend.

I like these shoes a lot. They fit my foot well, I can use my orthotics with no problem and they are comfortable. I used to have a New Balance shoe many years ago and I'm not sure why I changed brands. Lesson learned!

These shoes are great for people with a wider toe boot but who do not necessarily have overly wide feet. I need more room to wiggle my toes and these shoes do the trick. The cushioning is excellent. You can tighten the laces to get more support on the foot arch as well. A very flexible shoe sole too.

I am a plus size person and have been researching and looking for supportive shoes to walk and workout in. Got these a few weeks ago and they are a dream. They feel like walking on a cloud - which is hard to find when you live in a fat body! NB offering wide width is also so clutch. Would highly recommend. Will def repurchase when I wear these out.

I have used New balance sneakers for about 20 years now. I have trouble with my feet since I had my foot crushed at work. The orthodicks fit perfectly in them. I am on my feet all day at work so I love having my New Balance

Good fit, good toe box. They fit as well as my previous 840v4, and they fill more "substantial", in a good way. I use them for walking, and they work well. 7.5B size.
