I bought this boots for our trip to Colorado; I needed something good quality and waterproof; well, day 1- my kid plays in the snow for 10 mins while we unload the car, and her feet already wet and cold; seriously, Merrell? Now I need to search for another pair of nice boots in the middle of the mountain ; very frustrating

So narrow! You cannot put any pants inside the boots, unless they are leggings. Snow might get inside. Just a big no for me.

We are a Merrell family and have been for years. I have never experienced anything like this with Merrell shoes. Merrell fits his wide feet amazing and he's been wearing them since he was a small child. He loved these boots so much, we got the second pair until he wore them for 2.5 weeks (normal kid wear, not even in bad weather or anything) and the laces feel apart and more importantly the seems on top started opening up. Don't know what to do, to be honest. Especially what to do with the second pair.

I bought these same boots last year they were amazing. He would be out playing in snow and his feet/socks would stay completely dry and warm. This year he plays outside for 30 minutes and his poor feet and socks are wet and cold! I do not recommend this years boot. If they kept my sons feet dry they would be perfect as they are lightweight and easy for a young child to put on and take off on their own.

I bought this model and it upset me. The child's feet freeze at -9 And this is with warm winter woolen socks. A waste of money on this product and the brand itself. Wouldn't recommend!

I love and use Merrell for years (I have never worn sandals other than Merrell in the last 15 years). Always both comfortable and durable! This time I bought these boots for my daughter. And unexpectedly for me, I was extremely disappointed. Two months after I bought them, they crack in a way that I have no chance of repairing. And the replacement period with the supplier is one month. Too bad they couldn't last at least one season!

The boots fit great, but a couple weeks in tow earring them the bungee laces snapped. For the price, they should have lasted longer than that. Very disappointed.

I bought these boots for my daughter expecting them to be waterproof, but they are not! My daughter's socks are always soaked and so is the inside of the boot even when her snow pants go over the boot so no snow can go in! Very disappointed in these.
