I got these thinking of the memory foam but after 10.5 hour shifts. The memory is depleted. The width feels normal not wide . They say with steel toes to get .5 size larger so I did well the tip of my pinky toes were hitting the edge, of the steel , which caused blistered on the first day , and dummy me did not bring and extra pair of shoes as I normally do.
I'd also recommend:

These shoes dug into the top part of my foot and ankle. There is an inside panel (feels like plastic) sewn into that area that has very too thin material covering it.

Would have loved if this was a great fit! The shoe itself fit ok; the toe bed.... Ummm somehow suddenly I'm to have narrow toes to my foot?? The steel hurt! Even brought to the Sketchers store to see if they thought another size up would help the problem, or if anything could be done, and they said "Nope." So, returned it... For a second time and gave up on the idea it could just be sizing.
The style? LOVE. The weight? holy smokes, it's heavy!!!!! Especially for long shifts..

I work at a warehouse for 8hrs, 5 hrs a week and these shoes not only feel small and tight but make my feet throb at the end of the day.

This shoe was very uncomfortable, wouldn't want to wear them for another 10hr shift. Not soft at all. Felt very stiff while walking because I kept slipping.

I picked this pair of shoes because they were the less of two evils in the store, and I had to have a pair for my job.
When I tried them on in the store they felt ok, but after wearing them for 8+ hours they are killing my feet! The memory foam is a joke.
The outer soles are extremely hard and I would rather have the metal grommets for the lace holes, that way the laces will slide easier when putting on.
I love the Sketcher walking shoes, so I thought these work shoes would basically be of the same comfort, I WAS WRONG!!!
