I am required to wear steel/composite toe shoes for work These are pretty comfortable shoes over all. The only drawback is they are slightly heavy, and I think if they were composite toe they would be just about perfect. Plus, I like the style a lot!

Love the memory foam! Most comfortable pair of shoes, but they are about a size too big. I usually wear 8.5, which I what I ordered, but I should have gotten a 7.5.

I ordered half a size up and I like these does. They are heavy. I didn’t notice until I switched between these and my composite ones. These are also a bit painful after long shifts but not too bad to endure.

I've tried to wear these shoes but they hurt my toes. I have placed templates, I have put them in devices to stretch them, they are my measurement, they are wide but the iron is felt on the sides. I would return them if I could because they are hardly used.

Well where should I begin ? I hate to give these shoes a bad review let’s just say it’s not as bad as it sounds ! The shoes are for work , and were recommended by my job at Amazon but I do not recommend these they were not comfy and I’m a seven they were huge and quite heavy but I’m sure it’s different for everyone

These are heavy, even for safety shoes. I work 10 hour shifts and I should have ordered shoes 1/2 a size larger, like running shoes, as I walk 10-13 Mike's per shift.

The style looks good, I have to return this shoes as I have medical problems. This shoes is heavy for my foot. I ordered size 7 which was little big for me.

I’m not steel toe fan. They crush my pinky toe no matter the size or brand. I wore these to work once and my feet were on fire in pain.

I can feel the steel toe on the sides of the toe, and so I am hoping by adding the insole inserts that feeling goes away

As female, ordered to typical size 9.5 and it was too short so returned for size 10. No width options, but I usually don't need to find wide. Broke in size 10 with two thick layers of wool socks, which worked great.... EXCEPT the steel made it feel like it was somehow still too short (actually, couldn't decide on that) and narrow - both sides of the toes were hurting. Took it to the local Sketchers shop to inquire and was advised that a half size up (they had none in stock, to try on) wouldn't resolve the issue and most likely a width issue, due to the steel. The steel portion has a thin piece of fabric covering, which provided zero comfort rubbing against the steel. As for the "memory foam".... LAUGHABLE. thinnest possible against a flat piece of rock (it weighted like one, too! So heavy, omg) so.... You know what? I wanted something to go with anything I could possibly wear (blue or black leggings, jeans, shorts) and would match - the colors were perfect and it looking like sneakers goes with anything except dress up but you wouldn't dress up for a warehouse floor..... So I'm sad this has no wide option. Yes, already asked Zappos with first purchase and really did hope the half size up would resolve that issue, even it being so heavy. I ended up switching to my very old worn out (and actual half size small) sneakers halfway in the 11 hr shift and it felt so much roomier and more comfortable! Jeez.

Based on reviews I thought would be a good choice. I wear a size 8 and bought size 8. Unfortunately, they kept slipping off my heel. I tried adjusting the laces and tightened them as much as I could though still slipping off my heel. After 2min. walking around my pinky toe and big toe were hurting on the sides. Alot heavier than expected. Also disappointed the insert could not be removed for that may have helped with the slipping at my heel.

The size was fine, I ordered the size I wear and it was fine. However the shoe was a bit heavy, and there was zero arch support. Which meant the shoe was not comfortable.

I wear different types of Skechers and I find they are hit and miss with sizing. I am size 11 regular width. This safety shoe could be a half size longer and wider in the toe because it is a little too tight. These would not be comfortable for me because I have to wear them all day for 10 to 12 hours per day and so I am returning them. I have other Skechers running shoes and golf shoes that fit really well and are really comfortable. But I have GoWalks that I regret buying because although they are very comfortable, they are just a tad too short.

I am required to wear Steel or Composite toed ESD shoes for work in an un air-conditioned warehouse. I love the lightweight breathable comfort of this steel toed shoe but I have a little issue with the toe cap rubbing on my big and little toe! I wish one manufacturer could make a steel toed shoe with the comfort of a composite toe. I wear a size 10 and choose a steel toe over the composite because I can not deal with the HUGE shape of a composite cap! It makes my feet look like clown shoes!!! All the women I work with love the Sketchers shoes but have the same wishes - Can someone please design a shoe that has our needs and comfort wishes. A steel toed shoe with the toe room the composite cap gives without looking like a clown shoe!!!

The shoe looks nice but was too tight and introduced my feet to a new kind of pain. :( The fit was snug when I put them on, got worse from there and, I only wore them in the house. I have purchased steel-toe shoes before and found that going 1/2 size up does the job. Unfortunately, these did not come in 1/2 sizes. And, these were so tight from the start that I don't believe increasing the size would have made a huge difference. I may opt for the men's version in my size instead. Also, I would suggest trying Reeboks as I have had much better success with those.
