I walk several miles per day and these shoes work great for me.

Most comfortable sneaker I have ever worn and pretty to boot. I got the pink and love it. I went back and got a second pair in case they don't put out the same style and color again. Great shoe if your feet hurt too.

I have bought two pairs of ladies' Paradigm 6 and I love them both! One pair is my actual size, which I wear to rehab classes, and the other pair is size larger, for walking outdoors. I have won other brands' wide widths, but none are as comfortable as Altras. I was unaware of this brand until I got into conversation with a woman wearing them, and so checked them out. There are others that cost less but I am sold on these for their total comfort.

These are my second pair in 1 year. I wore my first pair out. I use these for power walking 2 to 3 miles 4 to 5 days a week. I suffered from a Morton's Neuroma for almost 2 years and had to have surgery for it in July 2022. I first bought the Paradigm 6 a few months before my surgery and wish I had known about them before I developed a painfil neuroma. Maybe I would have avoided getting a neuroma in the first place, if I had. These are the most comfortable athletic shoe I have ever worn, plus they give me plenty of stability. More importantly, they allow lots of toe room to help me avoid getting another neuroma, even with my own full inserts I put in them with a metatarsal pad. They come highly recommended by my local Runner's Depot for my foot problem. They look very nice on too. I love the dark navy.

I love these shoes. The second I slipped my foot in and stood up I audibly gasped. No joke! They are so comfortable! I'm a Brooks girl and it's hard to buy any other brand but I don't think I'll buy brooks ever again. I run almost everyday and my body ( knees, hips, legs) seem less sore! Im 41 fyi Don't be scared to buy them. They are wonderful!

This was my third pair! Love these shoes!! Only tennis shoes that don't hurt my feet!

I did buy a half size up and fits perfect. Full disclosure here-I do not run (never have) I work in these, 12 hour shifts, so I walk, run, and more. The heel box cups correctly and the toe-box is a little wider making fit just right. One of the best features is the even balance from heel to toe. I wash the inserts and shoes in the washer, certainly a no-no but necessary, and then air dry--they come through like a champ! I've sent thousands of dollars of other name brand sneakers to grandkids attempting to find the right fit. For me, this shoe is the top of the heap. I alternate these with Dansko and my feet are happy! I'll buy a fifth pair if they go with my new FIGS colors! :)

How do you clean them?? Great room for toes and can be tightened if necessary on foot. Pretty color. Would love dark purple shoes. What kind do you have for cold weather? I love these comfortable shoes!!

When I finished Chemotherapy last fall it left me with neuropathy in my feet. I needed to find a good supportive shoe that would lessen the numbness in my feet and also cushion my tender feet. I tried Hokas but just found them too clunky. A salesperson at my local outdoor store suggested I try these after trying other brands that just did not fit well. I had to go up a half size but they fit my wide feet great and are the only reason I can resume my normal activities. Several nurses and physical therapy people also noticed my Ultras right away when I started wearing them. People who spend a lot of time on their feet and who run kept asking me how I liked them and what model they were. I had no idea I was buying a shoe that was so trendy but I appreciated that for a well made, supportive shoe they look modern and in style. I liked them more and more the longer I wore them and am so happy I bought them. Without these shoes I don't know if I could even go shopping or go for a walk with the nerve damage chemotherapy caused. I would like to buy another pair to have on hand because I actually need these shoes! They run small so plan to go up a half to a whole size. I used to wear a 9.5 but my Ultra Paradigms are 10.5. I was wearing a size 10 in Nike before buying these Ultras. I have the navy color and am very happy with them.

I have a neuroma in both feet. These shoes allow my toes to spread out in the toe box without pain. I wear inserts so I had to go up a whole size. Otherwise, I suggest just going up a half size. Love them!

I have this same shoe in 3 different colors because it's that good. Size up but the most comfortable fit. From a doctor of physical therapy- such a great shoe.

I was leary about buying on line, but this shoe fits just right. I love the pale lavender color .

I have been hesitant to buy a pair of Altras for a WHILE because the reviews for the newer Torrins were not great. I happened to be in my local running shoe store looking to try on a particular pair and saw these paradigms in stock. I tried them on and was surprised by how comfortable they are. I have high arches and pronated feet. The Paradigms are a great stability shoe and turned out to be the perfect fit for me. Took a little bit to break them in but I now prefer them over my Hokas. My only regret is I didn't buy a second pair during the Memorial Day sale!

Enough cushion for long road runs without the giant oversized sole.

I love love love these shoes. The Paradigm 6s are the best. I have plantar fasciitis and the wide toebox ( which is normal for me) is a life saver. Best shoes i've spent money on since my old merrells.

This is my third pair of Paradigms and the design has been substantially improved in this new model. Specifically, the heel cup is so much more supportive yet also more minimal. Previously, I never felt like the heel cup actually cupped my heel (and if anything it was a little wide). These are perfect in the heel. Only complaint is that I feel like this are slightly narrower in the toe box than the last rendition.

I have spent years looking for shoes that fit my feet. I feel like I have finally found the perfect shoe. I have a hammer toe and most shoes are too narrow and don't have enough room to accommodate. These shoes are perfect and so comfortable. I took them on my first trip where I had to do lots of walking and they were amazing.

I have tried many different styles of Altras but these are by far my absolute favorite shoe. I will be buying another pair!

I had two foot bunionectomies and needed a shoe with a wide toe box. These feel incredible! No sore feet here.

This is a running shoe - if you're using them for all day every day wear they might not be for you. I bought these after being fitted at a running store. I have bunions on both feet and found that as I increased my mileage my feet hurt terribly after every run. The wide toe box is a game changer. I've been wearing these for 6 months or so and they've been great. I've never felt any pain in my feet or joints, and my speed has improved significantly since I'm not fighting off injuries. I've taken them on trails, road and everyday city walks and they've held up well, no tears on the fabric. I'm currently based in Argentina and I'm already planning on stocking up on pairs the next time I visit the US. I would love a dark colored panel/sole so hide dirt, but I like the dark blue color.
