The side pockets need to be wider. Can?t fit my phone.

I like the fit. But for a winter tight I was disappointed not warmer. If it gets down to low teens I?ll need something else. Good for 20-30 degree range I think.

I was disappointed. While the tights are warm, something I wanted, I found the waist to be loose and the ankles extremely tight.

Waistband too loose on me, no way these would stay up, especially with anything in the pockets. I have a thick waist narrow hips shape, and usually have the opposite problem. Very good quality.

As others have said, the ankle cuffs are really tight. The quality of the tights are great for cold weather runs so I'll deal with the ankle cuffs but be slightly annoyed every time I put them on and take them off.

Overall, I like these tights, but the ankle is SO tight without a lot of stretch. They are hard to get on and off because of the ankle, but the rest of the fit is good.

I like them, they are very comfortable and the right weight but they do not stay up while running so unfortunately i cant really run in them which was the whole point. They need to be tighter in the waste or have a drawstring.

I was so excited when I opened the package. The ribbed detail on the ankle and waist is so pretty! They are thick and very high end feeling so I was so excited to try on. I am 142lb and 5?6? and I ordered a medium. It was hard to get my foot thru the ankle and my butt felt like it was going to bust the seam, I am not very curvy either. I tried the large and the ankles were still tricky to get on, they felt fine one thru. The butt and waist was way too big and kept sliding down and sagging. So bummed since I love the texture, feel and look of these tights! They would be perfect for the Wisconsin winters that I deal with. Much thicker than my other brands: I must be between sizes. I have an iPhone 14 and an otterbox case and it would not fit in the side pockets. The back hidden pocket is also a feature I love. Really wish these would have worked for me.

Runs big. I own a couple pairs of the Brooks 9 inch tights in medium that fit great on me (I'm 5'3, 140 lbs, bigger in the hips/butt/thighs) The medium in this item was unfortunately quite saggy at the waist and crotch, which I was surprised at. Couldn't run without having to pull up the waist every few minutes. I might try getting a size small but am concerned that it will be too tight in the calves. Wished I could have kept these - the side pockets were good and the material was definitely very warm and perfect for winter/windy runs!

Too large, yet again. Was consistently a medium in Brooks for years, and according to the size chart, that's what I should be ordering. These are going back, along with the last pair of mediums I ordered. Within a minute of running, they are drooping in the crotch and upper thigh. Had to stop multiple times to pull them back up. Also, the cell phone pocket is impossible to use with gloves on. And the drawstring doesn't tie, so it keeps the pants cinched for about ten seconds. Otherwise, they seem like they would be warm running pants.

I like the fit but too tight in ankle area, the material on that area could have been better too.

TLDR, Order a size down if you're between sizes! I wanted to love these, but had two main problems. First, the waist was too big. Unlike most running tights, the waistband has little to no elasticity, so when it's too big, it really sags off or falls down. I was pulling my pants up every 100m, and it was worse with a phone in the pocket. I'm 5'8'' and 140lbs, and always buy size L leggings for length. Maybe I'd be fine with a size Med, but the rest of the pants were pretty tight, so I'm not sure it would help. Second, I didn't find these to be much warmer than a regular, low-cost yoga pant. I was running in 20 degrees (no wind) and my legs were numb by Mile 4...with other cold weather-specific tights, I can usually make it to zero without any problems.

These fall down easily when I run in them, especially if I try to put my phone or anything else in my pocket - forget it. Not supportive enough around the waist to keep it up. The material is nice and they are warm.

Very nice material . However, the waistband is a little annoying and doesn't sit smoothly on waist.. I probably could've gotten a size smaller .

I like the idea of these pants and the fit but the pockets are weird. They are too small. I don't know what I would put in there since they didn't fit my phone (maybe a gel?)

I usually fluctuate between a small and medium. I decided to go with medium this time bc these pants are for cold weather and I've been known to add a few pounds over the winter. I am disappointed in the fit. The calves are wayyyy too tight for me. Uncomfortably so. But, not the first this has happened to me. Sometimes knee high boots are tricky for me. I guess I have large calves! But the fabric didn't give much. Perhaps with a workout and heat, it would have but i didn't even get to that point. You would say just size up but I was swimming in the waist and the bum of these. No big deal, there is a drawstring to keep them tight. I would say if you have no problem with boot shopping, my experience is unrelatable. Otherwise color, construction, material were top notch!

2 stars for the warmth but the crotch is saggy and the waist continues to slip during the entire run which makes it MISERABLE to have to keep stopping to pull them up! Some advice....purchase the momentum pant, same warmth but the waist stays put!

Band at ankle is RIDICULOUSLY tight, so difficult to pull on. Calves were also tight and I sized up to a large. Pockets on sides are useless - iPhone won't fit. Didn't get to use them on a run, but I also don't think they would be very warm, although the material on the inside was soft and comfortable.

The most uncomfortable pair of running pants I?ve ever purchased. They sit too low on your hips and the fabric doesn?t breathe.

I wanted to love these but they were so tight in the ankles. I ordered my usual size (size small) and have thin ankles but still needed help to get them off because they were so tight coming over my foot!

Too short. If you have any height or long legs, these will not keep your ankles warm! For reference, I am 6?.

I just decided to return these after one run. I bought an L, which is my normal size in Brooks with other tights I've purchased. However, they sagged in the crotch and the waist felt like it was slipping off in the back. Glad I was wearing a long shirt. I am high-waisted, so would not recommend these for women with high waists. I wish Brooks would get more styles in particular pants to fit women of different shapes. They were plenty warm and light. Everywhere but my midsection they were quite comfortable!
