It's a fine shoe, very comfy, but the metal eyelet on the inside rubs my ankle and it hurts. The one spot in the entire shoe with no cushion and it rubs my ankle and hurts. Very disappointed, because I was really looking forward to these shoes.

Boots are comfortable, but didnt even last one hike. The tread ripped off both boots.

I have only worn these boots a couple times, but the tread on the sole is breaking off in large patches. Can these be replaced? They are pretty new and I bought them through your website.
