Husband LOVES these slippers! They are warm and very comfortable.

The slippers are comfortable, well made and could be worn ourside as the sole is solid and waterproof.

I love these slippers and with I could wear them all the time! They are so comfortable. Initially they were a little snug and I thought that I should have ordered a size up but within a few wearings they slowly relaxed and fit perfectly. I got them during the warm months (in Savannah, GA), and thought that I would burn up in them. But they were perfect, even in the heat and of course warm as the weather turned cold. They of course have that superior LL Bean quality. They are expensive but worth every penny. When I first got them I thought I was sent the wrong colour but the green is just really dark.

Love these! Comfortable, warm and good traction. I wear them all the time!!!

My husband LOVES these. I have tried 5 other house slippers for him and this is the first pair that really made him happy. In fact he never wants to take them off!

The best slippers I've ever worn. Warm but not hot, even in Texas in the summer. Bottoms provide secure footing on wood floors and cement. Sturdy sole for walking to mailbox or to street, but not clunky. Upper keeps its shape even though it's made of felt. Ridge behind heel keeps slipper on and does not rub at all. Attractive color. My feet do not sweat and the slippers do mot stink. How do they do it?! Comfortable insole. Highly recommended!

The open heel Glerups slippers are perfect for my needs. They slip on easily, the wool is very comfortable and temperature regulating, and the rubber soles allow me to step outside. I wear an 8 shoe and the European size 39 fits perfectly. I live in humid, rains-a-lot Louisiana and found I needed the rubber sole. I can wear them with or without socks, depending on the season, and they last for years. A good investment.

Very nice slipper, tough enough for some light duty, bring in wood or a trip to the garage. Warm while not making my feet sweat. Exceeds expectations, definitely worth the price!

After buying a cheap pair of slippers every season, I decided to indulge in a quality pair. These are fantastic! I bought both the leather and rubber sole versions. There is negligible difference in feel between the two. I can run out to the mailbox or run errands with the rubber sole version; the leather sole should not be worn out of the house. Your feet will stay warm without sweating. I've worn either version of these slippers every day for months and still marvel at their quality. I bought them for mom and a friend, too, and they both love them. You will not be disappointed!

I wear through slippers like crazy, whenever I'm in the house they're on my feet, these are hands-down the best I've ever owned. I've tried expensive outdoor brands, cheap online brands, pricey specialty brands, and after a month of wear, these are the best. These slippers are neither too hot, or too cold, temp regulation is spot on. My feet usually run hot, these are the first pair of slippers that my feet don't sweat in. I usually wear barefoot, but they're also comfortable with socks. They do shed, just like described, but after regular wear for a few weeks the shedding is minimal and they are now molded to my feet similar to a cork sole shoe. Planning to stay in Glerups for years to come.

Great fit, I expected to have my wool socks on when I wear them and the fit is perfect. Warm and comfy. I also go out to feed the chickens or check on the weather and the soles have a good non-slip tread. Does not track dirt in the house. But . . .I thought a Glerup was a Central Asian domesticated bovine. No, says my partner, it is a Middle Eastern boiled dessert. Neither came in the package.

These slippers were a Christmas gift for a 90-year friend who suffers from Parkinson's as well as having some palsy in his legs. Up until this purchase he struggled to put on socks and shoes - which he needed for the support around his feet as well as the rubber grip. The heavy wool upper on these slippers not only gives him plenty of support, but they're WARM. He says this is the first time in ages that his feet are always warm. He doesn't bother with socks anymore which is helping his circulation. And these grippy rubber soles have helped him feel safer using his walker since they grip both carpet and floor. Easy to get on and the slight rise on the back heel stops them from slipping off. We are thrilled with these slippers. Pricey but worth the quality.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. The size guide was accurate so they fit perfectly without socks. He can wear a thin sock but not necessary. Very warm but not sweaty!
