It is a really good product for the price.I add plantar fasciitis inserts plus I make my own from sunmate foam.It works very well for me.

I purchased two pairs of the GEL-VENTURE 8 MT, the grey and the black. The shoe has a good feel, but very little arch support. Have been a M-11 all my life, both pair fit as though they are 10.75. Because I have been married for over 30yrs, I have chosen to keep them.

A good value shoe. Pros: wonderful high top; nice tread. Cons: poor flat insole is great for flat footed people but has zero arch support so need to buy better insoles; toe box too narrow so need wide widths; note that humans do not have pointed feet so a redesigned toe box is needed for ASICS and other brands as well.

I am teacher, I was looking for a combination ankle support and sole confort. The shoe delivered on both expectations, however, I find the sole support at the front a bit thin.

Good overall mid top trail shoe. As with most ASICS a little wide and laces could stay tied better.

For context, Nimbus is my go-to running shoe. Bought this as a "walk around" shoe and it is great for that (reflected in my rating). Not sure it would be a great runner, at least not for me - tho I'm "spoiled" via pricier Nimbus - BUT at half the price, maybe that's not fair. Not unexpected, cushioning and support not as robust as in more expensive models. If you are serious trail runner, I would suggest looking at higher price point ASICs trail runners.

I bought these shoes for pickleball ball outdoor court play. I seem to roll my feet/ankles occasionally. Not sure these are good for pickelball.

Abnormally narrow toe for this brand. While running, toes get forced upwards for some reason and the sole doesn't move with the foot (if that makes sense). Not at all the quality I remember from Asics. Disappointing is what it comes down to.
