Oh my goodness! Excellent shoes righ out of the box! Fit great and I LOVE the color! Like the flat laces on the Ghost 14 MUCH better than the round laces on the Ghost 13. Great price and fast shipping too. Thanks Zappos!

I have shopped with Zappos for years. Up until now I have been pleased with the service and quality of the items shipped. My shoes arrived yesterday. They came in an Amazon box instead of the usual Zappos box. The shoes were not in a Brooks shoe box. The normal packing material was not around the shoes. The card board that is usually inside of the toe box was missing. The brown paper stuffing was extremely wrinkled. The shoe laces were tied. It was quite obvious that the shoes were returned. If the shoes had been repacked I would not be concerned. However, since the shoes were just stuck in the packing box I don't know what (if anything ) had been done to the shoes. I know that all my complaints seem trivial but Zappos is known for its customer service and quality. You failed this time Zappos.
My star rating was based upon the exact same pair I previously ordered from Zappos.

Love these! I have 2 pairs of the Ghost 12 and got the 14?s for Christmas. I wear my 12?s if the weather is bad so I don?t ruin my new ones, and my goodness the difference! I don?t want to wear my 12?s anymore! Brooks really upgraded the Ghosts! Plus the vibrant colors are amazing! Look forward to buying more in the future!
