I have been running in Ghost since I began running 7 years ago. I won?t run in anything else. They?re the best.

Love them?? So comfortable

I am NOT a runner but as of recently, I've become an avid walker! I walk on concrete streets in my neighborhood and my current shoes were just not supportive. I googled "supportive walking shoes" and Brooks popped up with many positive reviews so I dove in. After reading about each type of Brooks shoe, I settled on Ghost 14. For the record, I am size 8.5 but always wear size 9 in running shoes. My foot is very narrow and I have a "normal" gait and no overpronation. No injuries but I do have fibromyalgia so frequent leg pain prevents me from exercising regularly and when I do exercise, I am usually in pain for days. I decided supportive shoes were worth the investment and would motivate me to get outside. I ordered a size 9 even though I debated ordering a size 9.5 since reviews said this shoe runs small. Size 9 was the right one to order and I do agree, this shoe runs a tad smaller so definitely size up 1 whole size if you have wide feet. My toes do not hit the end of the shoe so that told me the toe box was fitted but not tight where it would compress my toes. This shoe wraps perfectly around my narrow feet and provides a lot of cushion and support for my 3 mile walks. It is pretty bouncy which took a little getting used to but I assume that helps runners. My foot stays secure in the shoe and my ankle does not slip out. Overall I have been very happy with these shoes and will eventually try out the other Brooks styles!

I love my Ghost 14 shoes!!! You can put these shoes on and run without any break in time. I absolutely love the new colors and designs that come out. I want a pair for every season and holiday. I can?t say enough about Ghost 14!??

I?ve been wearing nothing but Brooks? Addiction and Ghost shoes for almost 20 years. My first pair was upon the advice of a neurologist and aimed at helping me navigate life more safely. I have a neurological disorder and am a frequent faller. I can?t run, but my Brooks allow me to walk in great comfort and with great stability. Snd I put them to the test..,I walk 6-7 miles every day, 365 days a year in every type of weather on every type of terrain. I have very high arches and insteps and also over supinate. My podiatrist also told me to stick with my Brooks because they were the best walking shoes for me. Love them, love them, love them!!
