Best running shoes I have ever bought

I love my Ghost 14s!! I have had them for about a month and a half now. I wear them to workout and running on a treadmill about 3 times a week. I've also worn them on pavement once or twice. I researched a ton of different shoes before buying these, because I have had problems with my arches, top of my foot, and knees when I run. They have really seemed to help all of these areas. I have had minimal pain to no pain now when I run/workout. I went way too long without appropriate running shoes. I am so glad I finally was able to invest in good shoes. These shoes are very light weight and have just the right support. I saw several complaints about the shoe laces on the new shoes, but I have not had any trouble with them coming undone. Also, I'm not one to usually write reviews, but these shoes have really impressed me!

The Brooks Ghost changed my running and my life! I first purchased the Ghost 11 after hearing excellent reviews. Since then I have purchased the 12, 13 & 14 as well. The 14 - wow! By far my favorite! I feel like I am flying in these when I run - so lightweight and supportive at the same time. My mom tried on a pair and had the same reaction as me - I got her a pair for Mother?s Day and myself a second pair. I love the 14?s so much I may even purchase a third pair before the 15?s come out!

Really great support for walking, aerobics and HIIT. I only wear Brooks now. My knees and ankles love them!

I bought these shoes to wear during my 12 hour shifts at the hospital. It has amazing support and my feet barely ache after the shift. I usually wear it with my compression socks, but even without my compression socks these shoes provide awesome support!

I've had so many issues with new running shoes and my feed/body not responding well. Then I discovered Ghost 14s. I've now owned multiple pairs because I love them so much. Will forever be my go-to shoe!
