I don't run (I have a lot of back and joint problems), but they are very comfortable and supportive walking. They have a smooth heal to toe transition.

The Ghost is my "go to" shoe, for exercise, the gym, and all day support and cushioning. I have my wife hooked too.

I love these, always have. I?ve been a Brooks girl for years. It?s like waking on marshmallows. Nice grip as well.

Ever since I started running I?ve used ghost; they never disappoint. I?ve tried other brands but none feel like this one. They are awesome for long distance training. In regular shoes I?m a 7, so I go a size up (even a size and half up) to allow for foot expansion due to heat and swelling during running.

It is comfortable on my feet and I am happy with it. I would recommend that others buy it for themselves.

As always, the Ghost is a great shoe! Always comfy and I have never gotten a blister wearing them.

Love all my Brooks shoes, but I think Ghost is my favorite. I use them for walking.

Light as a feather! Great cushion! Stylish. I am a size 8 shoe but run with an 8.5 Brooks.

Run about 5 miles per day and Brooks are my go to shoes. Love this shoe in leopard print and purple. Does not create shin splints or calf cramps like other running shoe brands.

Pleased so far. Just the right amount of cushion. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but sized up to 9 and they fit well.

Love them. This is my 3rd pair of Ghosts and they are awesome. I am an indoor runner and use at Orange Theory 3-4 days a week. Super comfy. My normal shoe size is 9.5, but I purchase my Ghost?s a full size bigger.

As a beginning runner these shoes were a life saver! I previously suffered from runners knee and foot pain. The first run in the Ghost14 relived the foot pain and so far the runners knee has been kept at bay as well! Super comfy, great padding and just enough spring and grip. I will never buy any other brand of running shoe. I'm already thinking about what color I'll order next!
