I have been hunting for shoes to look good and wear casually and walking in the Seattle area fall and winter. Like, Every Day. I have become disenchanted with the fit and quality of so called comfort shoes, so decided I would switch to sneakers. Tried many of them! Once I ordered a half size up, the Ghost felt spectacular. I do not even need to use my Superfeet, which give my high arch support, and narrow the heel cup in most sneakers. Also, once I found toe protectors, I let go of needing those built into shoe, such as on trailrunners. The Ghost is a perfect casual wear everywhere shoe. The Black for the fall and winter. So perfect, I ordered a duplicate. In the spring, I will see if they have a color, but not too gaudy for me. Also have a pair of New Balance 880 which I really like, but those I need Superfeet in, and they do not look as fitting and sleek as the Brooks Ghost.

Love these Brooks. I go for long runs in them and they are comfortable and supportive.

extremely comfortable. i wear a wide in a leather dress shoe, but being mesh , just enough give to get a medium width.

Ghost are the best. And the boots rock!
