Originally order my size and exchanged it to one up, and that size still doesn't fit and I'm now unable to go another return.

Usually before buying the advert suggest to select one size up. Nothing was mentioned and turned out smaller. Misplaced receipt so couldn't return

After a trip to the beach the slides shrank, I emailed customer service and they said this shouldn't be used in the sun! Who knew you can't wear slides to the beach??? Never again Adidas.. the worst customer service ever!!

It is too small , I'm trying to exchange it but it seems like I can't

poor quality slides that seem to be overcharged. if you want to actually get a pair of slides, maybe try their comfort version. customer service is also pretty poor.

Go one whole size bigger. The fit is very tight and exchange policy is very poor

I'm actually very disappointed with these. After about 2,5 weeks they got so lose that my feet just go through them. Too late to return and can't because I've worn them. I've always had Adidas sliders but these are just the worst ever. Maybe the pair I got was from a defect batch but they should not feel 7 sizes too big after 2 weeks of wearing. Waste of money

I was so excited to get my new slides, they are so cute. Well within a week of wearing them to take out the dog and to and from work, the strap broke right off of the base. Needless to say I am both bummed and unimpressed. Maybe it was just a bad pair as all of my friends at work have your slides. I've also contacted you regarding this almost a week ago and haven't heard back. I figured you'd be a little more on top of broken new merch.

too big and took too long to arrive..almost 3 wks. Couldn't get ahold of customer service after waiting over 30 mins on hold to get a shipping label to exchange the size. If u do order go down a size..way too big and wide

Cute slide, well-made and extremely comfy. However, I'm a size 11 and they look like cruise ships on me. Customer Service to return them is an absolute nightmare.
