No response on exchange. I called representatives many times and they are unable to solve my issue.

I ordered this pair of sandals for my husband for a family weekend at a hotel waterpark. They sent me the wrong size. It's too small on my husband to make it work, even for the pool. We didn't have time to go purchase another pair of slides so he didn't have any sandals at the pool all weekend. We also had just moved into a new home at this time so I was too busy and never got a chance to contact customer service about it.

I Lost My Original Pair of ADILETTE SLIDES & By the Time I Wanted to wear these AQUA SLIDES too many months had passed to Return these pair. They're Made MUCH SMALLER/TOO TIGHT for My Size 7 feet (6 in men) So I'm Bummed!!! I Didn't Notice it was a Diff Type Looked the same as the "ORIGINAL"

Awful. I'm now on the second pair of these, yes they look pretty but get them wet and 2 weeks later they start to smell like cat pee. Cheap glue has been used and as it breaks down with the water the ammonia smell comes out. Considering they are designed to get wet, this is just poor. Adidas customer service are useless too, no uk contact, phone lines cut off, rude staff and have no idea what you are talking about. There is clearly a manufacturing fault with these for 2 pairs to do the same thing. I'm sending back to get my money back, won't be purchasing again.

This product was waste of money so don't buy this product and they are not refunding my money

Good product worth buying but it's returned policy is not good at all

The color is not "Champagne"... it is more of a dull silver. I wanted a slide that was on the gold side and, this is not it! Already returned once thinking that they sent the wrong color... had to pay for shipping for them to send another pair only to realize that these just are not champagne in color. Just going to keep them because I don't want to incur more shipping expenses.

Originally order my size and exchanged it to one up, and that size still doesn't fit and I'm now unable to go another return.

Usually before buying the advert suggest to select one size up. Nothing was mentioned and turned out smaller. Misplaced receipt so couldn't return

After a trip to the beach the slides shrank, I emailed customer service and they said this shouldn't be used in the sun! Who knew you can't wear slides to the beach??? Never again Adidas.. the worst customer service ever!!

poor quality slides that seem to be overcharged. if you want to actually get a pair of slides, maybe try their comfort version. customer service is also pretty poor.

Go one whole size bigger. The fit is very tight and exchange policy is very poor

I'm actually very disappointed with these. After about 2,5 weeks they got so lose that my feet just go through them. Too late to return and can't because I've worn them. I've always had Adidas sliders but these are just the worst ever. Maybe the pair I got was from a defect batch but they should not feel 7 sizes too big after 2 weeks of wearing. Waste of money

I was so excited to get my new slides, they are so cute. Well within a week of wearing them to take out the dog and to and from work, the strap broke right off of the base. Needless to say I am both bummed and unimpressed. Maybe it was just a bad pair as all of my friends at work have your slides. I've also contacted you regarding this almost a week ago and haven't heard back. I figured you'd be a little more on top of broken new merch.

too big and took too long to arrive..almost 3 wks. Couldn't get ahold of customer service after waiting over 30 mins on hold to get a shipping label to exchange the size. If u do order go down a size..way too big and wide

Cute slide, well-made and extremely comfy. However, I'm a size 11 and they look like cruise ships on me. Customer Service to return them is an absolute nightmare.
