I will never purchase shoes online again. These shoes hurt my feet as they are stiff. I'm taking out the insoles to see if it helps.
Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the sole is coming unglued with just a couple of times wearing them. I'm disappointed.

I got these for my wife - as she (I) have been in Brooks for a couple of decades. This particular shoe is fine. But, the quality and durability of materials are substandard. My wife wears these for walking and after just 3 walks - 6 miles, the inside of heal began to look worn. Fabric pilled. We figured that this will only last 3 months and look like 1-2 year old shoe then.
Not sure what Brooks is doing - but, it appears that the bean-counters at Berkshire are making sure shoes don't last and are made as cheaply as possible. For the price, they are a poor value.
We have both investigated the Hokas. I've already traded my Beasts for Gaviota 4s and now 5s - and what a difference. My wife likes the fit of the Adrenalines - but I'm close to converting her as well since paying a bill and half for a shoe should get you more than what we experienced....
Sorry, but I gave you 3-4 pairs to turn things around - after wearing over 60 pairs of beasts (and one Adrenaline GTS 22 - which I promptly returned). My wife, well over 20 pairs...You can't say we were not die-hards. We've always paid for performance and you delivered until a couple years ago...

The shoes were used and worn with scuff marks by previous buyer. Overall 7.5W was tight. Will try another pair. Hopefully it won't be used.

These shoe were not in their original packaging and the soles were dirty. They were intended to be a Christmas gift. I'm very disappointed.

I've been wearing Adrenaline for close to 10 years. Within two days of wearing these I developed plantar fasciitis. I've been having pain and sleeping in braces for 4 months trying to fix what two days of wearing these terrible shoes did. I don't think I will ever trust Adrenalines in the future.

I wear these shoes 3 x week for walking up to 3 miles. The lining on the heel is ripping. I do not have heel spurs or pets. The damage is very frustrating as the shoes are expensive and are a “low mileage” shoe.

I love Brooks and hate to leave a bad review, but these were extremely uncomfortable for me. I've been wearing shoes from their Ghost line for years and love them. I took a chance on the Adrenaline GTS 22, since they were on sale for Black Friday. I've always worn a 9 Wide in Ghost, and I ordered the same size in these. They don't feel like a true wide; it's too narrow for me. I was hoping it was a matter of breaking them in, but it's just too painful. I have already initiated a return/refund, and will order the Ghost shoes. (I usually just buy them from a local running store by the way, but there are more color options online it seems. This was my first time buying direct.) Thank you for your willingness to accept the return, Brooks! Appreciate your company.

Least comfortable Brooks I have ever owned. I hoped after a few month of use they would break in and feel more comfortable -unfortunately this is not the case. The arch support is awful and my feet ache after each use.

Least comfortable Brooks I have ever owned. They are so ridged around my foot and the arch support is minimal. I have owned several versions of this shoe and loved them. This one seems cheaply made.

I've been an fan of the Adrenaline shoe since the 2018 version, and I'm so disappointed that these are just not comfortable at all. They hurt my arches so bad! I hope the next version is better.

they're comfortable and the fit is nice but the quality is awful and they don't last at all. I've run 50 treadmill miles in these and the heel collar is broken down w/ the sharp insides of the shoe irritating my Achilles. The tread is peeling away from the sole a bit in places as well. These have never been worn outside of the gym. not worth the price when they've lasted for about 1 month of wear.

Disappointed adrenaline fan. I had the Adrenaline 22 in every single color. I was excited for the new model and colors available. These are uncomfortable and not very supportive. I bought two pairs. I do not like the material on the sides or the arch support. My feet hurt when I wear these. I am not a fan of the new model and pray that the next one can be more similar to the 22 model as those were excellent.

I always get a 9.5N in Ghost but thought I would try the Adrenaline. I couldn't believe the difference they were so wide around my ankle, so I'm going back to Ghost. These are not good for someone with a narrow heel.

Missed the mark. I've been an adrenaline wearing fan for many years. They are my absolute favorite.
I just put on my new 23s, I read the reviews, but thought I best try them for myself. Could they have really missed the mark on these? Well, in short yes!
I need the cushion and support for my rolling ankles and I do not have it in these shoes.
I felt the difference as soon as I laces them and put them on. Such a disappointment as I love the new colors.
Going to order more of the 22s for the time being as I go through shoes every few months and cannot wait an entire year for new ones to come out.
I will be returning these for sure.

I had a really high hope for this but was not only dissapointed but also injured by them. I have been wearing Adrenaline for 6 years and in all my races and in my 6 marathons (road). I used them exclusively for road running because of their supreme support (not about soft cushion like Ghost but the structure that "hugged" my feet). I have slightly wide feet but Brooks' shoelines have wider toebox than most of other brands, so size B (normal) was perfect. But GTS23 has a narrow toe box. I had skipped GTS22 (had GTS 17 x2, GTS19 x2, GTS21 x2) so I couldn't tell when reviews said GTS23 was wider than GTS22 which seems to be the narrowest in this Adrenaline line. I bought 7W but it was too big. So I went back to 7B. When I ran a half marathon in them, my toenails hurt so much during and post run, and they are still wobby and healing since. The support was less too, and I felt my ankles were a little unstable during a run, which had never happened in other GTSs. I did feel GTS21 being slightly narrower than previous, but didn't think that was serious. This one IS. My other friend marathoner also pointed out the same problems with GTS 23. I assume Adrenaline is getting narrower and narrower and removing much of the supportive structure for being lightweight and springy? I have a race coming up soon but must look for and change to a new shoe.

I run an average of 20 miles per week, with about 75% being road/sidewalk and 25% trails. I have used Brooks Adrenalines for years. I am pretty disappointed with the GTS 23. For some reason they feel flat as a pancake, and I have developed leg pain, especially in the soleus from wearing them. I always like to buy the newest version of the Adrenaline because of advancements in technology, but this seems like a step backward.

I have had this shoe for less than a month. And the sole is splitting. The tread pattern is peeling up. It is not a solid unit. I wore Brook s many years ago, very disappointing to have to replace shoes after less than a month.
I'd also recommend:
Pretty much anything other than Brooks!

No support. I have to see a chiropractor to get adjusted because my heels started hurting so bad. I'm walking sideways. This is my third pair and these are awful. No cushion, no nothing. I do not recommend these. They are so hard

Not for me. Makes me pronate. Hurts in spots. I'm returning it for the glycerin- probably should stick with what works.

Very uncomfortable. I've been an adrenaline wearer for years and whatever they have changed with this model is not working. As soon as I put them on and took a step I knew they would be returned

I am a Registered Nurse in a very busy ER. Shoes were not comfortable. Hurt my feet all night. I have plantar facitis, finding great shoes that are comfortable is hard for me. I want to try the Glycerin GTS...
