I have been running in Brooks, for years. The last few pairs I've purchased seem to have little to no padding or shock absorption. I love the fit and the wider toe box but I also expect some comfort in the insoles and I have to say, there is minimal. I am truly disappointed.

I hesitated when reading the reviews but it appear there were more positive than negative reviews so I bought a pair. I wish I hadn't. They are NOT comfortable. I am not sure what the soles are made of but it seems like I am sloping outwards (for lack of a better description). I was hoping for a shoe I could wear without bothering my RA symptoms too much and unfortunately, this isn't it. I really wish I could send them back but I have tried to wear them 3 times....

I have run in Brooks for 20 years and have loved every pair until these. I have had them less than a month and have developed shin splints. These have felt different from the first time I put them on. They seemed wider than normal.

Good stability but poor cushioning in this version. This has been my fallback shoe for years. I always try to find a different shoe with a more comfortable toe box. But this shoe has the perfect level of stability for me. I came back again but had to return this version. They were more narrow than a previous version I have. Getting wide fixed that. But walking in them it was like there was no cushion in the front. Under the ball of my foot didn't feel any more cushioned than walking in my house barefoot. There just wasn't enough to be comfortable. The version I have still from a few years ago has a roomier fit and more cushioning. Brooks also needs to get into the foot shaped toe box. Most people's feet don't come to a point.

I was in LOVE with the GTS 22's I had a pair for over a year and wore them every day to work and they saved my feet. I just bought a pair of the 23's and had to return them, the heel of the shoe is now a lot shorter and slips around when I walk, overall just doesn't feel the same and the comfort is not the same. I really hope I can find an alternative for this shoe.

I wore them for almost 2 weeks & I just couldn't find them to be comfortable. I don't know why they say it's cushioned bc I felt like I was walking on straight concrete. There was nothing comfortable about them if you like hard sneakers.

My friend recommended Brooks to me and told me how she will never wear a different shoe again. I had been running in Nikes for years, but would experience a little back pain so I thought I'd give Brooks a shot. They were very comfortable when I tried them on but after a couple of miles, my toes start to tingle and it's uncomfortable to continue running. This shoes are my correct size and they don't fit tight at all. When I mentioned it to her, she said she has the same pair and the same thing happens to her. They're great for standing in all day (which i would do for work) just not the running shoes I'd hope for them to be.

I've been wearing this shoe since the GTS 18 version, which was the best. Every new version they change something and usually not for the best. This last version 23 was the worst change so far. Both my front toes hurt after using the shoe. Disappointed.

I had the GTS 22 and loved them. They were so comfy. But it's not sold anymore. So I went to this one. I needed an all black shoe for work. And I could barely get through the day in these. They hurt my feet so much. I had to rip the insoles out of them just to make it through the day.

I just bought this shoe and tried them on and they were a 1/2" shorter/smaller than the GTS 22 which I am wearing right now. Very disappointed that even Brooks is now making less of a shoe for the money!

My current shoe is an adrenaline (many years old now) and I thought I would replace it. Too narrow. I wore the replacement for a couple weeks, tho, thinking of customizing foot-to-shoe and I got a blister. Many kudos to Brooks -- they said try it out and if you don't like it, return. And they did. I wish they made a C size.

There isnt enough cushioning in this for running. For the price paid it is not worth buying. This is not a comfortable shoe

It was not like the ones I have bought the last few years. Didn't fit my feet the same. Returned.

Personally, the toe space is too tight for me. Ghost 15 provides more toe space for me.

NOT worth the money. They don't have enough inside cushion nor does the cushion extend to the toes, or balls of the feet. I went back to wearing my Sketcher Go Walks! Very disappointed

I have worn the Adrenaline GTS 21 and then the 22. I've ran 11 marathons so far training with this brand/model. For some reason, the 23 does not work for me. I don't get the same support as I did with the previous versions, so I will search for a different running shoe for this marathon training season.

I bought these hoping they'd help with plantar fasciitis. They actually make my foot worse. They do not have much cushion inside.

I have worn this model for years as my go-to active shoe and this one feels off. Even just taking it out of the box, they felt cheap somehow...less substantial? Once I began wearing them, I noticed the arch support was not as great as prior models, and something about the heel depth felt different. It does not feel as secure as before. The laces were a bad change - I wear mine fairly loose and they barely make it up to tie properly - no chance at a double knot. I have extremely high arches and instep, so all these features were why I loved the Adrenaline series before. Certain I'll be sending these back.

I didn't wear the shoes outside since the base of the shoe around the ball area is too wide in my opinion and felt odd. I was very disappointed since I have 3 pairs of the '22 adrenaline that fit perfect. The inside width of the shoe felt fine, but not the sole.

Wore the Adrenaline GTS for years and loved them. Tried to replace my worn out GTS 22's with these but this new model is much narrower across the top of the foot and in the toe box. Really not workable with high arches. I sure wish I could find a new pair of the 22's in my size!

Recommended by my local run store & ordered in Feb. I added them into my rotation and wear them about 2 hours per week for light workouts & on treadmill. The support is lacking and they are pilling on inside near ankle. I've loyal to Brooks and seeking another option to replace these.

Overall, I wanted to try another brand besides New Balance. I was greatly disappointed with these. No real support for my flat feets.
I'd also recommend:
