These shoes were not for me, but I did like them and I think they could be good shoes for the right person. First, Zappos recommended a half size smaller than my normal size in New Balances so I listened and ordered the suggested size. They fit perfectly. I have very sensitive feet, plantar fasciitis, back pain, and knee pain. I also live in a house with a slab foundation so I’m walking on concrete all day. When I wore these shoes, my knee pain was GONE! It was amazing! However, the bottoms of my feet hurt while wearing these shoes just loading the dishwasher. I think they’re just not cushioned enough for me. They look nice and I think they make everything line up while I’m moving around so I’m not getting pain in my knees and much less in my back, but my feet did not like them as much. My floors could contribute to that as well.

It was a little boxy and the cushioning was not soft enough for me. If you're looking for a firm shoe, very stable, a little boxy, this is a good shoe for you. Decided to send back. Beautiful colors.

Fantastic support and comfort

Finally I have tried so many Brooks I was about to give up. I usually purchase Ghost but I’ve not been happy with the fit and feel so I was happy to finally find a pair of shoes that didn’t have a negative heel and wide toe box. I don’t know what the problem is but I haven’t been happy with Brooks since the Ghost 12 which I thought was the perfect shoe. I tried the Ghost 15 GTX but it runs small and is overly cushioned, the Ghost 15 was acceptable the Launch again had a negative heel and was too long it felt like a size 9. I have ordered and sent back so many pairs my head is spinning. I thank Zappos and their customer service people for being the best, we own a Company (3rd generation) my husband over heard my conversation and commented how good Zappos Customer Service was, we’ve been in business 94 years. Thanks Again Zappos and Team!

Overall, were too large for me.

These feel a tiny bit snug but they're comfy enough. I'm not a runner so only wear them for daily use and treadmill walking.

I love Brooks shoes, but they do always seem to run at least a half size smaller than all other shoes. I wear a 9 - 9-1/2 wide in most other brands; I order a 10 wide in these.
