This is my 4th pair of Brooks shoes. 2 Adrenaline and 1 Ghost. All were great so decided to get another pair and didn't check the reviews. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are correct and Brooks needs to pay attention. For whatever reason, the GTS 22 is uncomfortable, seems to have less padding and support, and suffers from redesigned and short laces. The last point seems trivial but if you have had Brooks shoes in the past, the laces were easy to use and stayed tied. These are too short and are annoying every time I put the shoes on. All in-discomfort, lack of padding and short laces-I'm out (will return). I don't know if I will continue with Brooks--some of the other reviews on other models raise the same issues. What happened to Brooks?

The peacoat/grey/sunflower GTS 22 looks black on photo above but shoe color is blue!!
And is like pulling hens teeth to return it..nearly impossible

They are made well but for some reason these are not as comfortable as my adrenaline 21 shoes. They seem harder and my feet hurt at the end of the day.

The heal design changed on the Adreneline 22. The back of the shoe was now steeper and curved more causing my heel to slip. Within 2 weeks of running on the shoe, my Achilles tendon, ankle and knee were all sore. Sent the shoe back and have bought another brand. I have been loyal to Brooks for years

First Brooks shoes I've been disappointed in. Stiffer than previous GTS iterations. More important, my socks kept getting pulled down on the heel which means the foot was lifting from the shoe even though it was tightened pretty strong. I haven't had this problem with others, so now I'm going to be very careful about ordering Brooks again.

My foot size is 9 1/2 and I selected a 10; they're still too small.

Sad to say i purchased a pair of the grey adrenaline gts 22 with the neon green accent for christmas. They already started falling apart only 2 months after wearing them. They are at the point now where they are really getting bad and its only a little over 3 months. I have always purchased the adrenalines and never had this problem before. I won't be purchasing these again after this experience.

Shoe was too narrow. I have never worn a wide shoe before.
This should be communicated to buyers, that models tend to run on the narrow side.

The color is very dull. Not very bright and colorful like the picture shows online. The backs smash down when you slide your foot in and you've got to use your hand to almost reshape them. I've owned around 10 pair of various Brooks and these are by far the worst.

These really hurt my feet, no support. After just walking around the house for a day my feet ached and were tired. Same feeling after wearing them to the office and just sitting in them. I ran in them once. The shoe fits fine, except there is a feeling of the heel slipping out, not a snug fit around the heel at all. Not a fan of these shoes. Have to send them back because they make my feet feel achy and tired. Too bad. I used to like Brooks, but I've now sent back the Ghost 15 for being too wide in the forefoot and now these Adrenaline GTS 22 for no support, skipping heel, and just "tired" feel. Come on Brook, stop overhauling your shoes! ( I wear a 15EE)

3rd pair of Andreline from previous years. This model runs extremely hot compared to other previous years. May be time to move on!

I have two runs in and I dont think I love these shoes. I have used either the Adrenaline or the Glycerin over the last two years with complete satisfaction but there is something off with this pair. I'll give them a few more runs but will most likely have to try something different.

Adrenaline has fallen on hard times. Narrower through the mid foot. Heel to toe drop accentuates foot over pronation.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET. A very comfortable shoe that does not fit people with wide feet. The shoe pinches inwards about 1/3 up the foot, after walking for about 10 minutes in them it becomes very painful to wear

First (and probably last) pair of Brooks for me. They basically have zero support from the arch of the foot to the toes. Running in these shoes turned out to be incredibly uncomfortable and somewhat painful. I thought maybe the footbed would start molding to my feet at some point, but it never adjusted at all, even after well over 100 miles of running - if anything, they progressively got less and less comfortable to run in. For someone with wide feet, I was encouraged by the fit out of the box, but they never offered even a modicum of the support that Hoka Cliftons provide. They're not even very comfortable for walking. Only positive is that they look pretty good, but overall, I was very disappointed in these.

I bought these because they we supposed to be so supportive, and help with over pronation. The tops are so soft and flexible that they do not provide much support.

I really liked these shoes at first, well balanced and comfortable. Unfortunately within 5 months of moderate use, the lining inside the shoe has started to completely fall apart. The fabric along the inside back of the heel is unraveling and now very abrasive, causes blisters if worn for more than 30-60 minutes. The inside padding is disintegrating, there are now holes and divots along the insole that slowly rub the ball of my foot and toes. I could see this happening if I logged many miles a week, if I had put 500+ miles on these shoes, but I am *very* much not a runner.

The new 22’s are not as good as previous adrenaline models. I have been wearing Brooks for a few years now and the fit on the 22 bothers my right big toe. Also, what is up with the new tongue and shoe strings?? Wish I could purchase a 19 or 20 model shoe. ASICS might get me back as a customer.

I tried these on my treadmill so I could make sure I wanted to keep them. The style is nice and they definitely let air flow in but unfortunately after a few minutes my archs started hurting bad. I wanted to like these shoes but they are not for me.

Adrenaline 22's are garbage. I was very happy with adrenaline 20 and 21, but the 22's are not he same. The support is not there like and they are very uncomfortable. I hope the 23's are better.
