I had the revel 1s and hoped to get something similar. Huge decrease in quality. I am surprised Brooks puts their name on this shoe. Really disappointing.

Love them and the feel great on my feet when walking and running.

Kid says they are very comfortable and foot feels supported!

This is one of the best running shoes I have ever worn. It has a great bounce, neutral support, and are very light. Would buy multiple pairs if my wife would let me.

This is my second pair of Revel 5's. My first pair has served me very well and will now be used as my casual/daily shoe.

Extremely comfortable and have not had any callous that I used to get from other sneakers. Other sneakers require an additional cushion to avoid any blisters or callouses. So far, it has been great and would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the Revel 5s. I work in a hospital setting and I'm on my feet and walking up and down long hallways all day. The shoes are very lightweight and have a great heel cushion. I would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this shoe a better rating. It's good-looking and light and is a great fit. I wear them mainly for walking. They're somewhat springy, but there's almost no support at the ball of my foot on the insides just below the big toe. Just walking I'm bottoming out. I'm comparing them to a pair of Levitate StealthFit GTS5's that I wore out just walking. The Levitates still out-spring the Revel5's. Disappointing.

First pair of Brooks, my girlfriend and her family all have and love them. I bought the shoes without taking the test first so i'd be interested to see how the 'shoe for me' would compare. anyway, great shoe love it very comfortable i walk 8-10 miles a day for work. great shoe

I am not a runner. I am a walker/trekker/hiker. I buy running shoes because (a) walking shoes are boring, and (b) my walking pace is often interpreted as running by the apps on my phone. I bought a limited-edition Revel 5 for the color after already knowing that I trust the Brooks brand. In addition to the many compliments I have received on my sharp looking shoes, they fit well, are extremely comfortable and have exactly the right amount of support.

I use these on my daily walks but have decided to return them. After approximately 40-50 miles both my knees and ankles started to hurt. The more I wore this pair of shoes the more they hurt. Shoes seem to have lost all of its cushioning. Just not the right shoe for me.
