The Ghosts are comfortable. The biggest issue I have is that they will not stay clean. I own a black pair and a light grey pair. The light grey I wash almost weekly because they are dirt magnets . I dont know why or how they get so dirty.

The quality of these shoes has dived since my last pair of Ghosts. My new ones have been lightly used and in less than 2 months noticed the cushioning has crushed/ deflated to the point that my 2-3 year pair is almost more cushy than the new pair. Also the lining near the toe has come unglued / separated from the rest the the toe box so it?s constantly rubbing against my toes/ in the way of toe movement. Not sure if this is due to pandemic manufacturing issues but not pleased with my second pair.

Like some others, I am very disappointed in this shoe. I have worn Brooks for years because I have a narrow foot. The quality has always been excellent until this last pair. I use them for walking only. With less than 100 miles on them, the fabric around the heel is torn away from the shoe. There is a quarter sized piece of the side of the sole missing too. These problems are enough to make me look to another brand for my shoes after all of these years. Unfortunately, wearing a B width shoe limits my choices.

I have been wearing ghosts for years. The ghost 14 is the worst model I have ever put on my feet! There is absolutely zero toe cushioning and it is painful! Avoid!

I have had four back surgeries resulting in constant foot pain. This is the first shoe to help reduce the pain while walking. I love this shoe. Nice cushioning, room for the toes and good overall support.

This is my second pair of Brooks Ghost shoes. The are comfortable and provide great support. My only question about quality regards the laces. Compared this the Ghost shoes I bought about 4 years ago, they seem to be a lower quality and seem shorter. This indicates to me a cost saving issue similar to product shrinkage. Not horrible but a bit disappointing.

Overall a good daily runner. I normally run in the Glycerin but the increase in the price I had to find something at a more reasonable price point. The Ghost are definitely a good shoe, not as cushioning as the Glycerin but I feel sometimes you want a little firmer ride that connects with the road more. I don?t think I?ll run any marathons in the Ghost but I do like them for 5K, 10K and maybe a Half.

I have had many pairs of Brooks Ghost. These shoes have been previously worn and had a terrible odor after the first run. I had already thrown the box away or I would have returned them.

I have had four other pair of Ghost Brooks Running shoes. The two pair of new shoes I bought don?t seem to have the same support and cushion , also the laces are thinner and don?t remain tied. Not happy with the inferior quality of these new shoes.
