Excellent support and cushion. Accomodates custom orthotics with a sufficiently deep toe box. I'm a women's size 9 and I find that the men's size 8 fits perfectly, with a bit more room in the toe box than the women's version.
I'd also recommend:
Chacos for sandals. Only Brookes for walking!

I love these shoes!!! Though most importantly is that they come in "B" width I also have ghost 11, as well as Adrenaline, which both also come in narrow, "B" width. I will continue to buy Brooks footwear, as long as they come in this narrow size. Super comfortable and great support.

Addiction GTS 15 is the ride for me., I'm a big boy working on getting smaller. Addiction is a great fitting cushiony shoe. My foot is a 12.5 4E, so my options are really pretty limited. just bought my 2nd pair of addictions. my only real complaint is that I'd like to see some crazy color combinations.

I have been wearing Addictions for more than 20 years. I love it that I can get narrow width from Zappos as I need a lot of toe box but have a narrow heel. These fit as well as all the others.

Good supportive shoe. My feet feel great at the end of my shift at the hospital. I have plantar fasciitis, bunions and a collapsed arch (flat feet). This shoe works well for my foot issues.

Good work shoe. My feet are comfortable all day. I don't feel the pounding of the concrete/tile hospital floor. No plantar fasciitis flare ups at the end of the day.

this is about the 4th pair of addictions I have purchased. I use them primarily for walking. they have been good for me since I need a ee with. however with this pair I had to go up a half size to 111/2.

My son got these as Brooks was recommended as having extra support. He is flat footed and tends to pronate. These are very supportive and fit him well. He’s thrilled with how they feel.
