A tad short of size 11, but will stretch to fit better. Narrow feet have very limited selection, wish a larger selection of narrow widths.
I'd also recommend:
Rockport, others who would offer narrow widths

I've worn the Addiction for more than a decade. They definitely changed the last used to make this version. I had to get 2E after ordering D since the beginning. Quality has dropped as well. The tread on the pair I ordered started detaching within days. Brooks sent me a new pair, which were fine. After several month of wear, the cloth around my heel has worn through. This is a great shoe for me, but the lower quality is disappointing.

My foot loves these shoes. It prefers some firmness in the footbed because of my metatarsalgia. Soft footbeds give too much, causing pain. These shoes are perfect. However, my only complaint is that my forefoot pads and arch supports take up shoe space resulting in very little shoestring to tie. The shoestrings need to be longer; I wish Brooks would offer longer ones for purchase on its website. I had previously purchased the Adrenaline 23 but the footbed was too soft. I returned them after two months for a full refund; Brooks' return policy is awesome.

Feels flat-bottomed, not really enough rocker to be a running shoe. It is comfortable as a knock-around shoe. Also, Narrow B width isn't as narrow as New Balance's 2A

Very good fitting shoe. Excellent support. I wasnt expecting the shoelaces to have the pink accents. Theyve been replaced.

These are the only running/walking shoes I've found that both come in a 4E width, and with a deep footbed to accommodate custom orthotics. HOWEVER, it seems that they have changed the material in the heel lining. It wears out after only a few months. My Addiction 13s heel lining held up much better. I'm on my second pair of 15s in the same time that I wore my 13s. Please Brooks, go back to your prior heel lining material.

I have flat feet and over pronate. This is my shoe of choice and have run 2 full Ironman marathons and 6 half Ironman half marathons in them. Great stability and motion control. Im 64 and 180lbs. I go thru them every 2-3 months depending on my training and mileage. Wondering if Brooks has anything comparable in a carbon plated shoe coming out?

Excellent walking shoes that keep me energized through your my walk. I only wish they were stylish more like the other brooks glycerin 20. But over all its a great shoe thanks.

Fit very good. Have used this show for more than 5 years, probably 15 or so pairs of the Addiction shoes . The only issue is that it has worn through at the both heals the last two pairs I have purchased, else would be a 5. Worn through in about 6 month.

Wasnt as soft as I would think for $140. Hard sole, the puffy ring around your ankle too big. I thought the stiffness of the sole would have a more of a comfortable sole.

I walk a lot and these shoes work well for me. Fit is very good. Sole wear is good. The heel area inside the shoe seems to wear out sooner than I expect. They cost more than I would expect.

Ive been suffering from sore feet for years. I even have seen a doctor and gotten orthotics. Then, I decided to see if better shoes would work. Turns out I have extremely narrow feet. Since these shoes come in narrow AND they have strong structure, they really caress my feet well. The pain is going away. Hopefully, future versions of these shoes will come in fun colors.

One of my 3 favorite shoes, the first one is the addiction walker [I'm on my feet a lot at work], these are just as good! Very comfortable, supportive and roomy in the toebox. Durable with a lot of support to stabilize pronation.

I love the support the Addiction gives me. I felt the difference immediately. Later in the day I didnt feel the muscle aches I normally do in my calves, knees and hips. Great purchase and will buy again!

I love the Ghost and Adrenaline styles of shoes. They did not have my size for either one at the time of purchase so I got this one. I did send them back. They are quality, and sturdy shoes, they just didn't work well for my specific needs. I did get the 4E, and normally they are not THIS roomy. These are probably the widest of the wide shoes I have found. My only real complaint about this specific brand (not just style) is that they aren't very breathable and they get hot in the summer very quickly, but that seems to happen with every all black Brooks, regardless of style. I have extremely high arches, over flexible tendons, easily twist my ankles and dislocate knees, I get tendonitis quickly, and I'm heavy. Brooks generally keeps me on my feet longer, but these did not and I think it's because of the way the inner sole is constructed. There's a ridge that bothered my specific heel, and the arch isn't placed well for my particular (picky) high arched feet. Brooks are a family favorite. Even my children are in Brooks. They truly help us a lot... when we can find the styles that work - in our sizes. My only real complaint about the brand is that it's difficult to find the all blacks, and they don't size women's shoes to fit my female feet (due to high arches and wide feet, the womens only go to W and not 4E) so I have to wear men's, which are more bulky and difficult to match clothing to. They're almost always out of the all black, and I do not wear the other colors they have available so they would clash with everything I own. ;)
