Comfortable shoes and love the color! Within the first week, they make noises as I walk down the hallway at work - my only reason for 3 stars.

The toe box is wider than previous models and my toes slide from side to side in the shoe

The new style doesn't fit as well as the old ones. Seems wider and my foot rubs on the shoe

Would love to give 5 stars, but the right shoe has a lump feel at the heel, but otherwise would have been a great pair of shoes as the other shoe feels great.

i purchased 2 pairs based on reviews. they are more comfortable than the last asic purchase of foundation 11. but they are still cheap and not very comfortable. i threw away all of the packing and looking for a friend who they might work better for. i have always purchased asics. i'm going to start looking for alternatives.

Every single time I wear these reconfirms why I hate these shoes. They are bulky beyond belief, to the point that my cadence actually slows when I wear them. I also notice discomfort in my knee from an old injury. They also loosen halfway through my run, even when I double knot the laces.

Unfortunately I've had these less than a year and the front has ripped in multiple areas. They were great until I noticed all the little tears in different areas. I have New Balance sneakers with the same material for 3 years now and no tears. other than that would have given a 5 star but alot of money for little use.

Not enough support for overpronation problems. Prior version had more support . I was unable to wear and had to buy another shoe that accommodated my overpronation problem. Wore for less than a week hoping but no such luck and I'm down $.

I didn't love these shoes. I normally wear either the Cumulus or the Nimbus, which I love. I was fitted for these at a running store. They gave me really bad shin splints--really, really bad--for me, they are unusable, especially on longer runs. I could nearly feel the road beneath my feet--they certainly don't feel very cushioned to me. I ran about 100 miles in them before one run left me with so much pain I decided not to wear them again, and I just came here to buy another pair of Nimbus. That said, they seem like nice shoes if stability shoes are for you, and I have never worn a GT series shoe before so I am unable to compare it to a previous model. For me, though, it is going to be the last pair of stability shoes I ever buy. You may like them if stability shoes are your jam, but they weren't for me. I used them for running (run aprox 20/25 mpw).

Highly disappointed in this shoe. Right out of the box, I have 2 main complaints: When I walk, the inside of the shoe rubs against the side of my big toe. I can feel hollow parts of the shoe that are under the insole. Maybe a thicker insert will fix this. I think I will stick to the Kayano line for now on.

I was very hopeful when I tried this shoe on because the cushion level was nice and the toe box was roomy but unfortunately, the inside of the shoe rubs along the side of my foot/arch. I had this trouble with the Gel Kayano as well and I think it might be from the area under the logo. I had to return them.

I have narrow feet and was looking for a shoe that would hold my narrow heels in when walking / running. These shoes provide the perfect amount of support for me when running and are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I did notice my socks started wearing out much faster than normal in the upper heel shortly after I started using them. I am usually able to use my shoes for well over a year before they start wearing out. These did not wear out in the usual way. After about 8 months of low mileage running the inner material by the upper heels has started to disintegrate. I expect to get more usage out of my shoes and prefer my shoes not to wear out my socks. They are still the most comfortable shoe I could find after trying many, however. I just wish Asics would do better producing something that is more durable.

Almost everything about this shoes was perfect. I work 12 hours shifts on my feet as a nurse and these kept my feet feeling great every day. Downside........ they squeak. Not a little, but with every step. No matter how long you break them in, or what surface you are walking on. I had them for a month and a half, and they never stopped squeaking (driving everyone in the hospital nuts) so sadly I had to return them. ** Yes I tried every hint on the internet to make them stop. It is the material that they make the bottoms out of.

I've been an ASICS lover for the last 4 years for all my marathon training. I loved the Gel Cumulus 20 (RIP) and put up with the Gel Cumulus 22. The 23 was too different so I figured I would try the GT-2000 10 since it seemed like a similarly cushioned and shaped shoe. I was so wrong. They look similar but feel so heavy and stiff on my feet. Really wish I could return them.

I have been a faithful ASICS customer for several years with no complaints Until now. I have this GT 2000 in the black and white, and it is the NOISIEST pair of shoes I have ever owned. When I walk around on the hospital floors, it sounds like I'm on the basketball court. Even Walking on the pavement they are extremely noisy. This is my first experience with this. I bought a different color for my daughter and they seem to be of better quality. I had to go with a different brand as I work with cancer patients and cannot be squeaking all over the building. I think they must have used some different materials in the soles. I Have never experienced this previously. horrible quality with this pair!

The toe box is wider than on any previous version and no longer fits me well. I have been wearing a version of this shoe since 2006 and this is the first one that really doesn't work for me. I'll be looking for older versions online and hoping that in the version 11 they go back to the previous fit.

This shoe was definitely not for me and is being returned. I'm not sure if it was a defect or not but it felt like a lump was in the arch area of the insoles. It was very noticeable when I put them on and caused discomfort .

I have been running in GT-2000 shoes for the past 15+ years. Something is definitely different with this design. My feet hurt every time I run in them and definitely less support in my opinion. Knees have been hurting also. I hope if something was change that the company goes back to the original design. Really disappointed I'll have to find another shoe until that happens.

Looks like a great shoe and I'm a huge Asics fan, BUT this pair when you walk creases and is very uncomfortable across my food. It's like the toe bed is too large for the 7.5 that I have several pairs of Asics in.
