The shoes were returned. Only wore the shoes for 3 weeks and parts of the sole became loose (unglued?). Trying to get information on how to return the shoes and describe that there was a problem with them and I wanted my money back was not a cut and dry process.

Shoes were amazing for about a month then just started to go down hill. I wear these shoes everyday for 8 hours in a plants nursery and they are showing way more than regular wear and tear. Sole is starting to scratch apart and starting to squish together.

I'm a mail carrier, I have another pair of hoka brand shoes that I absolutely love, I wanted another pair but ones that were waterproof. I ordered these and used them once and they were not waterproof at all. Ended my shift with wet feet.

13's are too small and 14' are like flippers so returned last pair plus material seemed "plasticy". Also not as nice looking in person. Seems like this pair was the "chinese" version of my first pair. Changed brands to a 13 that fit since no one does 13.5's.

My 1st pair was smaller than expected. I requested a larger size. It is now 8 days that I am waiting and it still has not arrived as was scheduled. The 1st pair took 3 days, and now it is 8 days and counting. Very disappointed in the delivery service which had been UPS and now the undependable USPS.

I usually get excited when I get new Hoka’s. But these have a strap holding the tung that jabs the upper part of your foot. I had to return these due to the pain factor.

These shoes hurt my feet very badly. I tried them on a whim as a suggestion from a friend. Hopefully I can return them.

I purchased this hiking shoe because I liked the style, I knew full well this shoe as with every other paid I had purchased was going to be to narrow but I thought I'd give it a try since it was a hiking shoe, (wrong) the disappointment, so I returned those also and chose to go with the Merrell with a tried and true fit. Still very disappointed that Hoka does not offer a wider width range offered in different styles.

Very poor durability. Toe caps came unglued first run. Soles peeling off after 6 runs. Treads lifting off of sole. Toe box too big. These shoes are super comfortable but again have a durability problem. Speedgoats 4 lasted 2 months. Bought these as I was hoping for more durability. NOT. Cannot afford to buy HOKA products again. Too expensive for how long they last. This seems to be a common thought amongst my runner friends. Too bad. Tried to upload small pics but the website just kept spinning out. No luck there

I usually have an excellent experience with Hoka shoes but this one didn't work for me at all. Wore it on one hiking trip and it was clear that the design of the shoe doesn't work for hiking (at least for me) It doesn't have enough support in the front of the shoe. This caused my feet to slide inward slipping often and messing up my gait.

I love Hoka and have exclusively worn them for running, walking, at the gym, and around town (specifically the Arahi). Initially I loved the shoes, bit of a different fit to get used to but were perfect for light hiking and trail walking. Unfortunately after 3 days and 40 miles they are fading fast. The cushion has noticeable compression and become spongy and the top inside lacing loops are wearing through. Not writing off Hoka but these shoes aren't worth their brand's name.

Loud, loud, squeaky can't wear them anymore. Threw box away. Thought they would be like my last ones I wore for 4 years. That's what I get for buying online. The shoe sucks.

The heel design is goofy and I wish they just did a normal one. The tow box doesn't fold well when walking and irritates the toes.

Bought these for the comfort. Been told they are amazing. Unfortunately they don't work. On my left big toe it feels like they are ripping my toe off. Sister swears by the shore but only wore them twice and just can't wear again.
