Bought second pair. The first one lasted more than 1 year. The one bought in Dec 2023 (started using on Jan 1, 2024) is already wearing out. Fake shoes. On top of all, the customer service is quite arrogant.

It was suggested I get this brand since I'm on my feet all day (14k -20k steps a day). All these expensive shoes did was cause more pain in the heels, and toe box. I was hoping it was just an adjustment period but it's been almost a month. One positive, they're lightweight.

This feels like a Hoka rip off , not even happy using it as a walking shoe , bad to stand in and feels cheaply made compared to my other Hoka , mind you I love my speed goats and GTx , and I'm religious about my Mach 5s for running, but these shoes are straight garbage, I'll use them to paint , just painful to walk in .

I don't know what is wrong with these shoes but they are by far the most uncomfortable shoes i have ever tried. I wear 9.5 Nikes/Adidas and these Hoka's are not a snug fit. The lip is too thin and tying a tight lace knot hurts my foot. I thought I would get used to it and tried to tie the laces not too tight. But by far the issue was with my right shoe. Every time i wear it, after 30 mins of walking my right foot hurts badly and continues to hurt for few hours after taking the shoes off. Disappointed by these shoes.

I paid one hundred dollars for a pair of sneaker that has a thin piece of plastic for the tongue.

I am not a runner I bought these for comfort. I had a horrible experience trying to return these shoes. The whole process is inconvenient and it doesn't seem the customer service has the power to make things right. I will make it a point to steer people away from this company. its just not a great company to buy from.

The strike on my arch was not good. Quality of this shoe and what I am discovering with the rest of your shoes just is not what it use to be. I am so disappointed.

Everyone kept telling me to get a pair of these and I finally did. I've, unfortunately, been disappointed. They are so narrow they feel like they are squeezing my feet. That was odd to me because I've never had that problem with other shoes. I tried to wear them a few times and each time they got worse.

I have the Hoka Bondi 7 and 8 which I really like.
These are garbage compared to them. The tongue won't stay in place, cushioning is not very good, narrower than the Bondi 8.
They look good, but that is the only positive to say about these shoes. Do not buy even if they are less money!

I have to put in a heel lift. it then caused the front of my foot to hurt. This happens with some shoes I've ordered. I recently bought a NIke from Zappos and it was perfect.

I put my orthodics in the shoe and for some reason it did not feel good around the ball of my foot. This sometimes happens with some makes of shoes. Other makes I bought at Zappos worked fine.

This pair of shoes feels like it has no padding on the inside souls. Hurts my feet just walking around the house, so running in these shoes is out of the question. The worst pair of Hoka's I've bought and I have been buying a few pairs of Hoka's every year for the last 8 years.

I got them and the next day I run 5k to try them on, and at mile 2 my right feet started to hurt, I've been running for a while now and I've never experienced this before. Trying to figure how can I shipped them back to get my money. I couldn't walk properly for the next couple days and stoped training because of this.
