I have worn Bondi's for several years now. I was in a car accident and my right leg was crushed. After a year and half, 5 surgeries and the new Bondi X, I am walking with a mild limp.

I have been using Hokas for years! I use these daily, for Orange Theory (treadmill) And outdoor running. The sizing ran true, I am female but have always used male shoes For the toebox, Emphasize for these was perfect, same as my former Nikes. I have been increasing my mileage and had some pain in The ball of my foot and this pair really seemed to cushion it and allowed me to keep moving forward in training. The tongue was a bit strange, being short, and I thought it might irritate my ankle but it did not. I have used them on easy off-road and did not find them at all unstable, but would not feel they gave enough protection on true trail running, but that's obviously not what they were made for. Two thumbs up for me I would buy them again.

I have been wearing Bondi 7's for a couple of years now, and these X's are definitely a notch above. Very comfortable and lots of cushion. My only nitpick would be the recessed X in the sole, that collects rocks and pebbles as you walk. I get the design idea, but it's recessed enough that you can get significant rocks in there that then makes noise and grind as you walk. It's a small thing, and would not deter me from purchasing again, but a thing nonetheless.

I am a larger than average woman and try to walk on the treadmill every morning! I had my ACL repaired when I was 18 and have constant knee pain! I have finally found a shoe that helps relieve my knee pain and the support lasts longer than a few months! I am very happy with my purchase and will purchase a new pair for the new school year in the fall!! Thank you HOKA!!

Ultimate in cushion and stability, stop messing with other brands, if cushion and stability are important, this shoe is near perfect.

I use these shoes three to five times a week 3 to 4 miles each of those days. My knees feel the same after a workout as before- which is all I was seeking in a running shoe. Thanks to the developers at Hoka and their team for this hi-tech/plush/carbon fiber shoe. I will be getting another pair down the road but for now I am going to enjoy the ride!

The most comfortable Bondi's yet. I don't necessarily use them for running so maybe I'm not using them for their intended purpose, but they are great for walking & everyday scootin' around. Probably don't need the carbon plate personally. My only complaint is getting rocks / gravel stuck in the "X", on the bottom of shoe. If I had a dollar for every rock I picked out... I'd have a million billion.

This is by far the greatest running shoe I’ve ever had the honor of blessing my feet with. I’ve been running in hoka Bondi for years after suffering a major foot break which I had surgery and have screws in my foot. The Bondi line was great for the cushion and impact protection, however they tend to look like geriatric shoes. These Bondi x are the Ferrari of the Bondi line. They have just as much of not maybe more cushion then the regular Bondi without the deadening sloppy return. They are extremely springy. I never fully Understood responsiveness in a shoe until wearing these for a run. Running shoes are very subjective but I know for me this is exactly what I’ve always wanted. I forgot All about the 200$ price tag after the first mile. If your on the edge about them give them a shot. These have given me a whole new motivation to run

the new kicks arrived at my door right on time, as promised. Out of the box, lite, comfy and ready to hit the pavement. Nice on the feet and shins. Width is true and I'm extremely happy, but I've only had them a week.

These shoes have a great fit, better than the reg Bondis. They allow me to run more without the aches afterwards.
