I don't know if I made the wrong choice for my exercise regimen since others have raves about the comfort of your brand. I loved the fact that they are light and was excited to try them. I purchased the Clifton. Upon using them, I've found them a bit uncomfortable. The tongue of the shoe hits at an uncomfortable angle and after a mile of jogging because painful enough to stop. I can easily run many miles in my On Clouds. I'm still debating whether to give a different Hoka model a try or going back to On Clouds.

I wouldn't have put this shoe in the same cushion category as the Clifton, these are significantly less comfortable than what is provided in the Clifton, but overall the structure and quality of the shoe was good. I ordered the wide size due to arthritic feet and they are not even close to wide enough. The stretchier material on the Clifton upper makes it possible for me to wear those, but the upper on the Rincon has very little give and squished my toes too much. They are a very light shoe and I bet they would be fast for those they work for, but I ended up returning these because they're just not wide enough nor as cushioned as I expected them to be.

This did not have as much cushion or arch support as the Biondi. It is lightweight compared to Biondi. The tongue is shorter and thinner and is not as well as padded as previous models.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka Biondi

After years of wearing Asics, I decided to give Hoka a try because of how many great things I have heard. However, they are not working as well for me as Asics. I actually get sore feet from walking in these whereas that does not happen with my asics. I am not sure how I am going to use these sneakers moving forward and I will need to wait a while to purchase asics again due to the cost of these.

I love the rincon shoes. Original were awesome. The 2 was awesome. The 3, while as cushiony and supportive as the previous ones, has a very thin tongue. I'm a nurse and wear these 12+ hours at a time. After a few hours, the top of the shoes started rubbing on the top of my feet. When I got home from work, there was a red line on top of my feet where the shoes had been rubbing. Now I'm stuck with 3 pairs, 2 never worn, that I can't wear. I really hope that the next rincons have the original tongue back in them. And no I can't return them, since it has been well past the 30 days.

I was on the fence about these when I first slipped them on, and decided to keep them, thinking they'd get broken in. Unfortunately, as I wore them more, the tongues became more and more irritating (they are thin and sharp-edged, and they "bite" my foot through the top of my sock) and they keep making this squeaky sound I can't get rid of. On the plus side, they fit well, are nice and light (great for the hot weather here in FL), and are very supportive in the right areas. I'm a huge fan of my Bondis, and I think Hokas are fantastic shoes overall. But I probably wouldn't choose the Rincon again.

The tongue of the shoe is paper thin which means it moves around a lot and is also annoying when putting the shoe on. The color is awesome. They are very comfortable and stretch quite a bit from the initial try on so get a half size smaller. They also look poorly made with fraying in parts. I wouldn't buy these again but they will be fine for the time they last.

Not impressed. These are my first Hoka’s. Maybe it’s the style of this shoe and maybe I need to try a different pair

Wet concrete surfaces feel too slippery. Lots & deep treading do not do much help. Other than that, I love the shoes.

Although they arrived looking used and a little dirty in a few spots, I chose to keep them since there were none left in my size. I do like the shoes, but feel I should’ve received a discount due to the ‘slightly used’ appearance.

I really wanted to love these shoes since everyone keeps raving about them. Unfortunately I have a very high arch (and wide foot) and none of the Hook models I tried have ANY arch support. Unfortunately will be going back to my tried and true brand I've worn for years.

Honestly the main reason I returned this shoe was the color. They are NOT pale coral/pink. They are definitely circus peanut orange. The color is pretty much impossible to capture accurately in a photo - I tried repeatedly to do so, so I could send a pic to my girlfiend, but it was prettier in the photo every time. So I don't hold it against the photographs - just FYI. I usually wear 8.5 regular in the Rincon but decided to try the Wide. It felt a little too big overall. Going with an 8.5 regular.... in black.

I have worn these shoes a few times and honestly my feet feel worse. It's as if my feet are in a valley. The most cushion is on the sides of my feet not at the heel, ball, or arch. After just a few hours my feet are on fire.

I love the bright pink color, and how comfy these shoes are. Almost like walking on clouds. But I think there is just a bit too much material at the toes. Almost feels loose in that area

I bought these shoes for walking, and they're very sturdy, but not as comfortable as I hoped they'd be. Also the colors are pretty, but the quality doesn't seem worth the amount I paid for them. I probably won't buy again.

I love how light they are but I have a bunion on the outside of my left foot and the material does not give...maybe it will give more as I break them in....

I don't dislike these shows but I don't really love them as much as I had hoped. The toe box feels too big and now, after a couple months of wear, they have large creases that make the shoes look old and push on my toes. I also do t love the tongue: it is very flat and almost cuts into my ankle when I wear short socks. It's also so short that it's hard to pull out when it slides down. I did choose the cheapest version so maybe I just need to get the Bondis to be in true love.

These are my 5th pair of Hoka's. I am disappointed in the fit, everything seems to be off, too tight around ball of foot, seem too long. Just not the same proportions of other Hoka's I own.

I have the Rincon 2 and absolutely love them. I bought the same size in the Rincon 3 (6.5 womens) and they are too big. My feet are narrow so I'm used to tying sneakers fairly tight, but the length is still too long.

Disappointed in these because the tongue is much thinner than in my old Rincons from 2020. They just don't seem as substantial overall, although I'm not sure what is different. Too bad.

I loved the shoes. I got so many compliments in the eight days I wore them. The sole started to come apart after eight days, but Hoka took care of me. I got a refund and got a different shoe. Hopefully the new ones don't fall apart on me.

I use Hokas for running as well as a work shoe. Typically they start as running shoes and gradually transition it to work. However, my feet are destroyed with forefoot blisters from these shoes when I run, so they've been immediately demoted to work shoe. I generally don't prefer to pay this much without getting the miles run in them. Definitely won't repurchase. I'll go back to the Cliftons even though I find them unflattering on my large feet.
