I am unable to wear these sandals. They sent me a email stating I could return. I tried to return them but the site said return already in progress. Told me to contact the company. I have emailed the company with no response.

I wore barefoot shoes for about a year and loved them, but had a flare up with my plantar fascia on my left foot. Convinced by everyone and their mother that I needed more support, I researched up and down and settled on Hoka. From the moment I put this shoe on I knew I had made a mistake. I bought the wide toebox and both of my forefeet are squeezed so tight that it restarted a nerve issue that my barefoots had healed after a decade on my feet in retail. Every day I wore these it felt like my feet were being stabbed, and when I go home I can't walk for about 45 minutes because of the residual nerve pain radiating through my whole foot. These were so expensive, and so blindingly painful. I will never touch another Hoka product.

I just wanted walking shoes but these felt totally different than the same pair/model I'm store. They were awkward, bulky, and looked like clown shoes on me. I returned them and took a loss on shipping :(

Six months ago, I purchased a pair of Clifton 8 shoes and I love everything about them, particularly the cushioned interior. Unfortunately, my recent Clifton 8 purchase does not have an interior that is cushioned or comfortable. It's very disappointing.

Not very comfortable shoes. My friend got a pair and hers had way more cushion than mine. Made my back and feet hurt

I have narrow feet and these feel too narrow in the middle. The toe box has plenty of space but the arch is very hard and particularly painful. I had to take them off after 10 minutes.

I have ordered multiple pairs of Hoka shoes, gym shoes as well as slide ins. This is the first pair that hurt my feet. I ordered them in wide because of my bilateral flat feet and Plantar fasciitis; the right shoes feels narrow instead of wide and puts pressure on the heel of my foot. I thought it was because their new however, ive worn them 3-4 times when walking the dog and no matter what, its still uncomfortable. The bottom makes noise when i walk. They sound like tires when turning the car wheel. UNFORTUNATE

Unfortunately I wore the shoes a few times to try and break them in so I cannot return them. I previously bought the Clifton 9 which is amazing

I slide around in these way too much, and I am not feeling much arch support. Not the right shoe for me.

These sneakers are overrated and overpriced. Glad they work for some people but not me. I find it ridiculous that a sneaker at this price point does not support the arch. I do not have high arches. I felt I was paying for a name, not for quality. Returning!!

These are VERY uncomfotable!! They look so comfy and are expensive so I had high hopes. They kill my feet they're covered in blisters after 1 hour and they squeek! But not in a normal shoe against the floor way but in a inside the heel any pressure applied to it makes the heel squeek. I've never had that issue before and honestly would never try hoka again after this... Nike and sketchers and addisas all have chepaer and comfier shoes. So upset, i just used these for half an hour on the treadmil and now my feet hurt so bad.

I work in a pharmacy and I'm on my feet for 9-12 hours a day and I am having horrible foot pain after just a few days of wearing these shoes. I would like to return them!

I was told to get running shoes and I really thought the HOKA running shoe would help me achieve my goal, or at least not give me issues. At first, I found them to be really nice. Trying them on, they were great like pillows on my feet, but as the first day went on I started having problems with my feet hurting. I thought getting a half size larger than my feet was going to solve my issues. I got the half size bigger, and my feet still hurt.

This is my second time ordering shoes from Hoka. Last year, it took 3 tries for them to ship me the right size and shoe. I kept having to send it back and then wait for the next pair. This time, I got a shoe with the bottom tread coming off. And I had to yet again send back the shoe before they sent me one without quality issues.

My daughter and I each got these for a trip. Hers were fine, but mine gave me horrible blisters that don't want to heal. Maybe it's because I have flatter feet, but they didn't work for me. They felt comfortable when I was wearing them, but obviously couldn't continue.
