First pair never arrived. I had to re-order and only got a10% discount. When I finally got them (almost a month later), the arches felt very high, so if has taken a few days to acclimate. They are fine, but not the best running shoe I've owned. I would not buy again

Love the color. Too narrow with my orthotic (without the footbed) and had to cut the elastic sides of the tongue to make it less narrow. A little too much overall cushion when walking. Still not completely comfortable in it as I was in the Clifton style.

My coworkers suggest Hoka shoes for work due my work is physical and I need good shoes to support my flat feet. The shoes is very light and comfortable but not wide enough at the front for my super flat feet, and the arc on the inside is hurting my feet, and I need to buy additional sole to support my feet. Its below my expectation.

I always size up to allow for some expansion if running
This model feels loose and even looks bigger than previous models
I tossed out the box not realizing I should have kept for a return

I love that they're lightweight but kinda of disappointed in the fit of them. My feet hurt when I wear them. Yes, they fit and are the proper size but they just aren't a comfortable fit.

I'm kind of on the wider end of the regular with scale but had to go with a wide in these shoes. I've never needed a wide before, but the regular width was way too narrow in the midsole. I'm also usually an 8 and had to go with a 7.5 so I'd say these run at least a half size large and also narrow. I gave 3 stars due to inconsistency. I have a pair of these the blue/coral color and absolutely love them. They are my absolute favorite shoe. I recently ordered a 2nd pair in the Iris/Graphite color so that I had a backup and also something for fall/winter that wouldn't get as dirty looking as the lighter color.. but they fit completely different. The iris ones sharply dig into my arches and feel much higher volume than the blue/aqua ones. I even tried using insoles to fix the arch problem, but that didn't help the fact that the entire upper was just way too big on the iris. I'm really disappointed as the blue are my favorite shoes to date and I'm shocked that the same shoe in a different color fits so completely different. Of course the blue is no longer in stock so I'm not sure whether I should try another color or what I want to do. I am returning the Iris though because they are unwearable for me.

The stability is good but it does not feel white enough. Also the way the tongue is connected to the shoe makes it feel tighter around the instep of the foot.

The Clifton is a very lightweight shoe, this is a plus. They seem a little wider in the toe area than an average shoe but length wise are spot on. I am skeptical of the durability but will have to optimistically wear them and see.

The shoe is great looking, however instead of helping my knees they actually make my knees hurt more and the bottoms of my feet pulse very uncomfortably after walking in them for more than 20 minutes. Too big in the heel.

I bought the Clifton 8 as a daily shoe to replace (long-over due) my Clifton 2s. The 2s were hands down the best shoe I've ever purchased - slim look but provide the best comfort, cushion, and support without a spongy feel - they were amazing. So I was excited to get a replacement. However, I was disappointed in the difference in feel between my 2s when they were new vs. the 8s. The upper and collar on the 8s don't feel 'deep' enough and so I did not feel my foot is firmly in the shoe. Also overall the Clifton 8s did not have a 'natural fit' feel as the 2s did and also have a bigger overall build so do not have as much of an attractive slim look while still providing incredible comfort, cushion, and support. Kindly HOKA let me trade the Clifton 8s in and I chose the Bondi 7. They are better than the Clifton 8s but still not up the slimness, fit, and feel if the Clifton 2s. Still sticking with HOKA for now, but I'll have to look around for a better overall feel in the perfection of the Clifton 2s.

At first I thought it was a good fit but as I started running and using it more I felt like it stretched out (after just 1 month) and now it feels too big. I can't even return it because it's been more than 30 days

As someone who regularly runs on the treadmill these shoes have already helped with my joint pain, but unfortunately they become scuffed up super easily. For the cost I would have hoped the material would be more durable, but all in all worth it because of how comfortable they are. No other shoes I've used have compared when it comes to cushion.

Love the colors HOKA has available now. However the Clifton pair I just got are so noisy! I have worn them a month now, hoping they would get quieter. No. They squish when I walk on any surface.

For some reason, the Blue fit more comfortably than these black; however, I am keeping them.

I love the color of this shoe. The comfort level is a 6 on a scale of one to 10. I'm really considering returning this shoe for the Bondi 8 because I'm always up for a cushioned shoe. Comfort is everything to me when walking or standing is required. The color Fiesta was turning heads when I wore them. This shoe matches a lot of my workout gear.

Toe box was not roomy enough and caused a blister.. Had to return them. Strange thing with the women's sz 10 Clifton. Both pairs that I purchased (wanted to love them) were noticeably lopsided in height with one heel being higher than the other. This was noticed by accident when I removed them from the boxes and set them on my counter aligned with the heel side facing me. Very odd.
I can highly recommend the Bondi 7!!!

These are okay. Heard alot of hype about them. They pinched a little and were uncomfortable in the arches. I usually wear New Balance all the time. The New Balance are cheaper, more comfortable, and have more spring to them.

The shoe is pretty and the sizing is good for my size 12 foot. However, over a 2 mile walk the bottoms of my feet were rubbed so that they were sore. I couldn't wait to get the shoes off! I don't wear socks but I've never had this problem with other walking shoes. I'm looking for a smoother liner.

The Clifton 8 seems like a great shoe, very comfortable initially, but I ended up returning them because the right shoe caused my foot to blister on the inner heel which was strange. I have not had this happen with Hokas before. Thought may be I received a defective pair, but I read another review from a buyer who had the same issue. As far as the fit, true to size and normal width is great for my feet which are on the narrow side. Sad to return these, but will try another Hoka style.
