Heard SO many good things and I was so excited to wear these. I have wide feet and usually buy Nikes just fine. While these are wide on the toe box (very comfy there) they narrow for your middle foot. The inside of my foot had a sharp pain from the insole digging in. Almost felt like my foot was spilling over the inside. And I would say my wide feet have measured and fit into a D wide, so this was a disappointment. As soon as I put it on, it hurt. I was told that it might be normal to be in pain and it will break in but I can't tolerate it. Such a nice shoe though!

I usually wear Brooks Glycerin in a size 9 - the Size 9 in the show seems about 1/2 bigger. I returned them because the arch support was too aggressive. I felt like I was walking on a Lego brick. I loved the styling and color but immediately knew they were a no because of comfort.

I wanted to love these shoes! But they were not the right fit and felt like cardboard. I was expecting a more comfy footbed. Expectations did not meet the advertised hype.

Great cushioning, but each shoe (same style/same size) fit differently. Unfortunately had to make returns. Also, Hoka bombards you with unnecessary emails.

I expected them to be more cushy. Perhaps I should have purchased a different style

These do keep my feet from hurting but still need this cushion with arch support.

I got these shoes for work. I can definitely tell there's more cushion. Still breaking them in, but so far so good.

I bought my first pair of Hokas over 2 years ago on the recomendetion of my Dr. I had an old injury to my left foot that now has permanent issues, that act up without proper arch support. I bought the Clifton 7 and it changed my life. I love the come in half sizes and wide. I could walk again wthout sever pain! After daily use they are starting to wear out, so I wanted another pair. Clifton 8 is the newer "improved" model. Some reviews said the fit had changed, making it narrower and smaller, I agree. I have also found them to be not as deep. The top of my foot feels squished, especially on my problem foot that swells throughout the day. Also I find the sole bouncer which has almost made me lose my footing stepping on or off curbs. I'm hoping that the more I wear it the better it will stretch and fit. I wish the 7 was still around for me to exchange/buy.

These seem like a quality product but not the right fit for my narrow feet so I returned them.

I wish I had purchased in store and tried on- I'm 53 and have worn the same size running shoe for most of my life! Always order a 7 but these are too large. I unfortunately put them on and headed right out for my run didn't realize until they had already been on the pavement!

These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever worn! I've worn them almost everyday since I've had them. Unfortunately, the bottoms are already starting to go bald. Maybe other people are having better luck with these shoes.

The shoes were classified as wide with, but they feel snug on the toes. They also rub on the arch of the foot. They do have good cushion on the heel though.

Love the shoes. It's really soft, cushion is great, and support is great around my feet. However, my only problem is that I signed up-entered my phone and email to get the free expedited shipping code but it did not work.

I've heard lots of buzz about this brand for quite some time. I've always been a saucony enthusiast, but decided to try Hokas as they have a lot of really cute color combos. The first pair I ordered in my normal size but they were too long and too narrow. I returned and bought 1/2 size smaller and in a wide. They're just not comfortable. They're cute as heck, but not comfy and after wearing too long, my feet ache. I don't see what all the hype is about.

I wanted to love these They fit well in the heel & toe area but they were too narrow in the arch area even though I ordered a width width there is a high stiff band around the shoe that hits the arch area low and doesn't give. I got blisters here on my left foot arch from these shoes. I have returned them since they did not fit me.

I really wanted to love these, but the arches are so high and stiff that they hurt my feet so much. I loved the cushioning and width. Someone with high arches would probably enjoy these, but unfortunately they didn't work for me.

Medical reasons brought me to Hoka 5 years ago. The shoes I bought that first time, (& 3 times since) corrected my gait, and proved invaluable when walking or standing for extended times. My finances have lowered slightly, but I'm loyal to Hokas, so I found some Clifton 8's on sale. The right shoe has a higher arch, so I've tried breaking them in to hopefully fix the problem, but have only received blisters. I've waited so long to get these I hesitate to send them back

I decided to try the brand because my husband and others swear by it. I have flat Flintstone feet and grew up in a time in which arch support was not provided as a child. Consequently, any kind of pronounced arch in a shoe is painful to me. I tried the Hoka based on all of the recommendations, but it was very painful to me, both the narrow and the wide, and I could not wear them bc of the defined arch support. I don't recommend them for folks with Flintstone feet like myself. Otherwise, I surely would! My husband says they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. So much so he bought second pair just for work!
