The Clifton tends to run large on my feet, I'm usually a 7.5/38. The sizing on the Clifton for a 7B US is also a 38 1/2 EU. Other than this, the Clifton is a well cushioned shoe that works well in the gym and for road runs.

i got these for running and the gym but already showing wear and tear after a few weeks. however they are very comfortable for my high arches and even though they have already got marks and scratches, i think they will last a long time

I love this product, the only problem I had, totally my fault was I got wide and I shouldn't have, I'm having to tie them so tight.and my feet are slipping around.

I love the weight. The are so light and still supportive. I have been running with Stinsons, though, and really like how wide those are in the toe. The cliftons don't feel as wide. Also, I almost always run off road or on dirt roads and like how long the sturdy trail shoes last. I like the Clifton, but will be going back to Stinson before my next race in November.

Runs large both in length and with how much fabric is on the shoe (when I lace them up the laces need to be cinched very tight). This is very different from any other pair of Hokas I have. When I hold my old 8.5s up to my new pair, the new pair is visibly bigger. Need to exchange for an 8 and hope that works.

I have worn the shoes a few times since my purchase a month ago. Most recently, I wore them 3 days in a row on our lighthouse trip to Maine. For the most part, the shoes feel excellent. On my right one, I had to put my orthopedic insole inside. The original was running a sore paint inside my arch. When I got home I noticed the soles were coming unglued on the sides of each toe.

For what these shoes cost, they should last much longer. The foam bottoms wear out fast. Do better Hoka.

I wanted to replace my bondi 7 HOKA's but I did not care for the colors. I love the men's vibrant orange but not the current women's colors. So I opted to move intot he Clifton 8 in the size 9. It fits slightly snugger than the Bondi 7 and the sole seems a little less built up and the arch support slightly less than what I achieved in Bondi 7 but I like to color so they will do for now.
I'd also recommend:
Donald Pliner, Paul Green, Merrell, Sorel, Vionic

I love these shoes. I bought wide and they don't seem wide. I kept them because they are super comfy and it's like walking on marshmallows.

I've never owned Hokas but certainly will be buying again as my next shoe. There's an interior arch support that took a little getting used to but these are for sure my favorite walking shoes now. I'm normally anywhere from a 7 to 8 depending on the shoe brand, and 7.5 fit perfect.

I have RA in my feet and have had 3 reconstructive surgeries, therefore, my feet are difficult to fit. These are GREAT shoes but just aren't working for me. I am now ordering men's size since that has done well for me in the past with other brands.

These were too big and too wide for me. I have feet sized 10-11, so it’s really hard to figure out what to order!!

This shoe feels like you're walking on foam! By the end of my clinical day i have some foot pain though. All in all they are pretty comfy!

I loved my first Hoka Clifton 8 so much I ordered the exact same one in a different color. This pair feels narrow in the toe box and the outside of the right foot.

The only other Hoka's I've worn were Xterra's, and I preferred the fit on those. These seem to run bigger and I wound up getting blisters after running in them. I do like the cushion though. I sprained my ankle two years ago and it flares up now and then, I find with the extra cushion it's less likely to get sore. But I'm wondering if I should have sized down in this shoe.

I ordered a wideand I'm not sure it's wide enough for my particular foot. I was hoping hoka would be magic for my foot pain but alas, just a normal shoe. Very light, and cute colors.

I was looking for a really good shoe that would look nice and be comfortable on the long days I'm on my feet all the time. My only problem has been that there is too much toe room. My foot slips around and gets blistered I'm hoping my feet adjust because I love every other feature of these shoes.

I like how light the shoe is compared to the Bondi 7, but the arch on the Clifton hit my foot in the wrong place & the Clifton is not as long or as wide as the Bondi 7.

I have only worn them a few times. So far they feel like good support. I would have to wait a bit to give a full review

Just the right amount of pillowy, cushion in the sole, but I find these a bit narrow in the forefoot, and I do not have wide feet. If you size up you may find these too large, so maybe go wide if your feet are anything but narrow.
