It feels like the arch is really high in these but regardless they are pretty comfortable and I am enjoying them.

The Clifton had less heel cushion (which caused me metatarsal pain) than the Bondi and worked much better for me. I'm still getting used to the roomy toe box. It's pretty liberating!

I do orange theory and run on the treadmill and they are comfortable however they do run big. I wear an 8.5 in Nike and should have gotten an 8..

I haven’t been able to try these shoes because I had foot surgery, I’m looking forward to try them on and hopefully get back to running.
They look good but can’t tell about the rest until I try them on.

I have very narrow feet (AA-AAA) with very high arches and find the Arahi fits me better. Orthotic inserts (I use Superfeet) help keep my feet in position. The sale price encouraged me to try out the Clifton and I’m pleased to have them. Hoka’s were recommended by my podiatrist as a shoe that wouldn’t further aggravate metatarsal tendonitis caused by lacing my former walking shoes too tight! The Hoka’s have a nice stabilizing ‘stance’ that seems to help keep the shoes on without overtightening them to keep them on.

It felt true to size, and it felt true to width, but the arch was too high and it was cutting into the side of my foot. The bottoms surface of the shoe right under your foot on the inside was very hard. I was disappointed because I really love the shoe!!

I love the shoes so much! They are super cushiony and bouncy. I feel like I'm walking on clouds. I love running and walking in the shoes. They cause me no knee pain or shin pain. But, I wish that there was more arch support in these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and these will sometimes make my feet sore after running. Besides that, I love these shoes and would 100% buy them again!

I TRY TO RUN AT LEAST 2-3 HALF MARATHONS A YEAR. THE PAIR OF CLIFTON 8 THAT I PURCHASED FROM YOU BEFORE THIS LAST PAIR DIDN'T SEAM TO LAST AS LONG AS MY OLD CLIFTON 8.
I SURE HOPE THIS NEW PAIR WILL LAST AT LEAST 200 MILES.
I WISH YOU WOULD BRING BACK THE "TOGETHER" STYLE.

My previous pairs have been the Bondi 7's, but I thought I would try the Clifton because it was on sale. They are not as cushy, but offer good support and comfort. The more I wear them, the more I like them.

I love the look. As some other's have said, the outside of the foot edge "fatigues" and starts to ache after awhile. I bought the wide width after reading some reviews (I don't have a wide foot) and I'm glad I did because I can only imagine it would be more painful. The soles are super cushy, though. Why does Hoka constantly change the formula for a beloved shoe? Leave it alone! Just give us more color options!

I do like them but I had to exchange them for my tried and true Mach 4s. For me the arch was too much and was rubbing on my inner foot which didn't feel right.

I purchased them for the gym but I wear them all the time. The support is very good, the shoe is light and I like the way my feet look and feel in them. I purchased the black and intend to add another color for the spring.
