They were narrower than epected and the materials were subpar, however they were an inexpensive shoe.

Too tight

This would be a nice fit for someone with a wide foot.

My feet becomes hard when I run and hit in tennis

I I have been using ASICS shoes for many years. I went to replace my old dedicate that I bought a year ago and the new model, same one or much narrower. Apparently there are only a few models that have wider width But they are very limited in both model and color. I guess I’m going to have to find a different brand shoe IBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

Fit is ok but no support and sole is rough

Nice looking and comfortable to put my foot in. The main reason for the return is they are all plastic, with no mesh and very few air holes. I could imagine my feet sweating profusely from the moment I put them on. This would be a terrific shoe if made of breathable leather.

The shoes fit were comfortable right out of the box. A key problem was that the laces were about 3-6 inches two short. I could barely tie a knot with the laces so short. I'm wondering if I need to return these just because the shoes might come off during aggressive play in the court because of this issue. I don't know if this is a planned design issue so I'll order more laces from ASICS or the factory made an error?! Maybe I can steal the (still good) laces from my Head 2000 shoes - they had good length for the same number of eyelets?

Size seems accurate, purchased 1/2 size larger thinking this might help cover for added width. I was wrong, even as several reviews said the shoes were plenty wide, for me that is not true. Have never had to wear wider than D before but these D width shoes are tight. They are also quite hard and require a break in period for sure.

Clunky and blocky, felt like it could cause blisters.

Very plastic look and feel. Not usual ASICS quality.

The most uncomfortable shoes I ever had, they say “Gel” but having them on for couple of hours felt more like walking on rocks, not gel. I’ll give them another chance, maybe they need to break in, but so far I’m pretty disappointed. If anything change, I’ll update my review

I have been wearing ASICs GEL Dedicate 6 shoes for years - the new version (7) is much too narrow in the toe and really hurt my feet even when I tried a half size larger.

The shoes looked good but the balls of my feet were in pain while playing tennis and shoe laces are always 4 inches shorter then they should be when tied

These shoes hurt my feet. There is not a lot of room in the ball of the foot area or the toe box, and the shoes put pressure on the ball of my foot and the toes. I only had to wear them for about 5 minutes before I realized I had to send them back. I tried loosening the laces. This helped a little bit, but the shoes still hurt. And there was not much lace left to tie the shoe.
