I purchased these as a base layer for fall backcountry camping/hiking and absolutely love them. They worked great stand alone, but I also layered them over a thin merino wool layer as well as under a hiking pant to add warmth when moving. They were breathable, yet warm and work great for every day use as a legging.

Good fit, durable, and warm. Brushed finish on the inside feels so nice on the legs.

I purchased the Rho LT bottoms and was overall satisfied with them with some limitations. The range of movement in these base layers is amazing. I never feel restricted at all. I would say they are a little on the warm side but with a breathable shell with vents it's never an issue. The base layer pocket is pretty small so I probably wouldnt ever use it unless I need to store a credit card. The base layer fit perfectly but it was a little bit too long and it bunched up a little bit on the bottom. Overall pretty satisfied but I wish they were shorter.

Well...still haven't figured out what to put in that very small pocket. Wish they would have used the time to put in a fly instead of this pocket. There is no fly so this means undoing pants to have a squirt. On the good side, these are so soft and supple you'd hardly know you have them on, but remember they're on when nature calls. 190cm and 36 waist, the large fits perfect. Good length so they're not riding up my shins. Would have been a 5-star if there was a fly.

The RHO LT line is beautifully made and detailed. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable. I use it for low to medium exertion. Size down. I have to call-out Arc'teryx on the pocket: no modern smartphone will fit in the pocket: sized for 2005 flip phone, a Swiss Army knife, toothbrushor a condom.

Always been a fan of the Rho LT products. Wear one or the other (shirt, hoody, bottom) almost every day in the cool/cold season. Running, MTB, under road tights, every day wear under jeans. Warm, but not too much so. Not bulky. Soft to the skin. Nuff said.

Soft and comfortable; I love all Rho products. Only complaint is I believe I'm a large when I ordered XL. Size down or look at waste size recmondations. In 36x 34 ordered XL should of been large. Also side pocket good for keys but that's it, too small. Won't fit phone.

Beautifully manufactured, great fit, check pocket size before purchase, seems small.

I fell in love with these but unfortunately when I went to adjust them they tore at the front of the thigh. My finger basically went right through the fabric, I was pretty shocked, I'd only had them for about a week. Wonderful product but I'm not sure I can say anything good for how it holds up. I've contacted warranty so we will see how it goes. Other than that best base layer I've tried. So soft against the skin and really retains heat.

Newly updated model has very poor fit and design comparing to prior models that had such a great feet. New model has very high waist line that has a thicker band that is very uncomfortable positioned so high above the waistline. The overall length in size M, is 2.5" longer comparing to prior model that creates multiple wrinkles and would result in hot spots in the ski boots. I am 6'1" and I only see this product fit properly for someone who is way taller that I am, to compensate for 2.5" in wrinkles. Very disappointed. Arcteryx stop changing sizes. I used your products for 20 year and this one is the biggest disappointment.

I bought my RHO LT bottoms back in March. Up until this week, I had just worn the tights for lounging or the occasional errand; very light wear. They were so comfortable, I was even considering ordering another pair. Thank goodness I didn't. For the first time, I wore the pants for actual activity. The first time.and I didn't make it even halfway up the trail when I got a large hole right in the backside (i.e. my butt). Thank goodness I had a jacket to tie around my waste. What extreme activity had I been doing when the hole occurred? I'd been sitting down. Sitting. It didn't snag or get caught. Just the light friction from sitting down caused the hole. It was a very uncomfortable 8 miles after that. Since it's advertised as, "Versatile high performance designs for diverse activities and conditions," sitting on a rock and sipping water should not have done this. Tights that claim to be, "High performance, minimalist design that is durable for its weight," should not do this after ONE hike. One! $100 for 6 months of wear. Not worth it. Back to NorthFace I guess.

Rho-LT from last season were great but was only able to get 1 pair. Tried this new season style and they are bad. The fit, fabric, and design has changed significantly. The waist band is now thick and gathers creating friction between your skin and an outer layer which equals discomfort. Fabric is thicker and does not conform as well to body shape. Would definitely NOT recommend these as a base layer.
