These bottoms feel very comfortable and sizing down, like several people have said in other reviews, is a great idea. I ended up purchasing 3 addition pairs for my wife and 2 daughters.

So far these have been great. They are a really good length for me (i.e. a bit longer than some other bottoms), are a nice weight for cooler weather touring or standing around at belays on warmer ice climbing days, and so far they show no signs of wear and tear. They can also double up as a light pair of running/biking tights. The pocket seems to have limited use, but you fit car keys in it if you are out for a run/bike. No complaints.

My work is fully remote and that means, I don't have an office to go to with a regulated temperature. This has been my go-to base layer to be super comfortable whether I'm at home or outside running errands. I pair this with the Levon pants and it works great in 20*-50* F without making me sweat, too warm, or too cold. Great product!

Always been a fan of the Rho LT products. Wear one or the other (shirt, hoody, bottom) almost every day in the cool/cold season. Running, MTB, under road tights, every day wear under jeans. Warm, but not too much so. Not bulky. Soft to the skin. Nuff said.

I bought this about a month ago and I'm glad that I did. It's warm and so comfortable. I really love the RHO line, it is great as a base-layer or for any activity.

Best base layer ever! These are so soft and stretchy, without feeling compressive. They are notably warmer than most leggings. Great waist band. I love the high waist for coverage under my ski pants, there's never a layering gap. I'm even loving these as stand alone winter running tights, they're surprisingly cozy on their own. They do not budge, slide or roll down. The fabric and stitching catches really easily on velcro. Fantastic leggings.

Got these because merino wool always became itchy on my sensitive skin after a day of wearing them. These are absolutely amazing! The are as warm if not warmer than merino and way more comfortable - it's a buttery soft fabric. I got a size S and I am 5'4'' and 120lbs (got XS for the top I'm a 34B fits perfect). I could have fit in the XS but the S fits good! I am short but these fit right above the ankle and I love that. Must have if you like cold weather activities like skiing ! (Love to layer these with the Rho AR for extra warmth at -20 to -30 celsius.

Had these for about a month now and couldn't be happier. I travel full time and tend to stay in warmer climes so I haven't used them as a base layer per se, but rather wear them as a stand alone layer late nites/early mornings hanging around camp or out on strolls. They are comfortable, stretchy, move well with you, wick very well, not overly hot, and have a good leg length. Thus far they appear to be very durable and are on par with the quality of other Arc'teryx products I own. The waistband is very comfortable and holds the garment around my waist with no slippage. As other have commented, the pocket is somewhat a novelty but I do use it to hold card/cash/key when need be. I'm 6', 190lbs and wear a medium. Heartily recommended.

I run in most weather, hot or cold. Over the Christmas break the forecast was predicting -35C in Calgary before considering windchill. With no solution in my closet I asked around one of the retail staff in the Arc'teryx store recommended both the Rho LT and the Rho AR.
I bought them both This review is for the Rho LT Bottoms.
I'm a big guy. 230 lbs, 5' 11", 32" inseam. Athletic build. The Rho LT bottoms fit great, expand nicely over the legs and glutes. Movement is easy - nothing feels restrictive.
I've been wearing the Rho LT's since mid December on cold runs: runs from -10C to -20C. Any colder than -20 and I switch to the Rho AR bottoms.
In all cases, the Rho LT has performed above expectation as a base layer. I bought the Rho LT in Large and wear a thin track pant over top or a pair of XL Trino tights. In all cases the Rho LT are comfortable and easy to move in.
The only concern I had when buying both the LT & AR bottoms there's no draw string in the waist, however the waistband has performed perfectly and the pants stay up - they stay where they're put.
I've been on quite a few long runs, including 22km the LT bottoms have performed perfectly.
Great investment. Zero regrets. Highly recommend.

Been wearing as both a base and mid layer for urban winter insulation. Does the job great for an LT, would upgrade the the AR if they were in stock.
Pocket seems strange, assuming it is for keys while using these as an outer layer but even that does not seem ideal. It isnt bulky so by no means a dealbreaker and im sure someone would get some value out of it.
Typically a 28-29/XS-S and got an S so i would go up one if you are between sizes

This is a great base layer that I am sure I will wear often throughout the winter season here in Illinois. Pants are super soft inside, yet not bulky at all. They have enough stretch and the nude/pink color is simply beautiful. For reference I am 5'4 and 130 lbs and size small fits perfectly.

I bought these pants in size S (ref - am 5'7 115lbs active), fit is not too tight and alllows room, but close enough to layer up. Feel is good, easy to move in, warm. I recommend.

I can't believe how soft they are on the inside against my skin. My skin can't handle some fabrics from a rash I have on my tights but I can wear these pants all day. Just wear them as tights around town. Thank you so much for making this! Please bring back in navy blue and if you can make another pair without the zip pockets on the side to dress it up a bit. Referred to a friend and she bought it in the green XS size and also love it!

Perfect for staying extra cosy on a cold day and don't restrict mobility. High waist that's comfortable and fits well under a harness.

If you're looking for the perfect base layer for your high output cold weather activities, this is it. I have two pairs and alternate as I wear them so frequently. Great build quality and design. Enjoy!

I have worn these just about every day for the entire winter as my base layer for teaching skiing. The fabric is soft, cozy and keeps my legs and back side at a perfect temp all day. I have used them under shelled pants in wet and dry conditions as cold as 10 degrees F to as warm as 45Degrees F, and have been comfortable in that entire range of temps. I wash warm and dry cool in machine. I have also hung them to dry with good results.

These were exactly what I was looking for. I needed a base layer to wear under pants in the colder weather. These are perfect. They are light weight yet still provide that extra layer of warmth. I needed something that didn't feel bulky. So far I am very happy with them. I love Arcteryx products.

Bought this for my gf for Christmas along with the matching top. She absolutely loves it. Uses them weekly as a base layer under her uniform for work. 4 months later no sign of wear or tear .

These are the softest underlayers I own! I live in my long johns during winter and these make long days on the hill comfortable from start to finish.

These pants fit true to size. If you have larger thighs you may want to purchase a size up. Super comfy soft and stretchy. Honestly like a second skin! I wear them alone or as a base layer under second pants whenever it's cold.

I love these pants. I have not tried them out in the cold yet, but they are so super soft and cozy. I'm 5'6" 123 lbs and originally bought the xs, which did fit but I wanted to make sure I could gain a little extra weight and still be comfy. The small fits fine but I am a little concerned I may have to pull them up frequently when hiking/walking. I'm gonna keep it anyway.

These Rho LT Bottoms were so much more than I'd expected. They're breathable yet still feel warm, they fit perfectly, and the stitching is perfect. I'm so pleased with these leggings! Well-worth the $, and glad that the waste isn't too largethis was my major apprehension since the bottoms don't have a synch strap and I was between the M and the L, size-wise.
