These boots are absolutely beautiful. I love the quality of the leather and heel height is perfect. Great with jeans and dresses. They are worth every penny. So classy and stylish. I'm so glad I purchased them

Love these boots! They may run a little big... I'm normally a 7.5 but got the 8 and it fits well. I think this is because the toe is quite pointed and I have a fairly wide toe-box so needed that little extra room. Width was true to size. The leather is soft. The boot hits at a flattering spot on the ankle, avoiding the "cankle" look (yay!) I wore them with a dress but think they will be equally nice with boot cut or rolled up skinny jeans. My only suggestion: They could use a little more cushion in the footbed - but hey! - they aren't a sneaker so this was not expected.

These fit me well and were super comfortable. I wore the black ones to work the first time all day and had no trouble, the arch support was perfect. I have kankles and had no trouble, the opening was wide enough for me. I went into this knowing that the heel is only covered, so am not bothered by that, they are cute and I got a ton of compliments. I bought them in the cognac when I got home I loved them so much!

These are extremely comfortable boots with a western vibe. Suffice it to say I have 4 pairs.

These fit true to size. Very comfortable especially for a pointy toe. Heel height is perfect, not too high. Love beautiful Frye leather! These look great with skinny jeans.

Beautiful booties with a western flair! I was expecting them to be a bit more red based on the pic, but they are a true cognac color.

The item was scuffed and appears to have been worn. I liked them enough to try for a return on a new pair.

I am an 8 1/2. Got the 8 1/2. A bit roomy in ankle area but will be fine with regular socks. With tights, I may have to put in a shoe support to fit better. Didn't want to go down a half a size. These are butter soft as soon as you get them. No breaking in needed. I got ash...very pretty muted gray/beige and a bit darker at toes. So stylish. Pretty comfy too considering the heel height. I am on my feet all day, and these are doable (and it's only the first day I wore them. Looking forward to a long relationship with these. They go with a lot since the ash color is pretty neutral. The only boots/shoes I get are Frye. Great deal on these as they are on sale now. I sprayed on some leather protectant this morning and they were fine in the rain this morning.

Very comfortable and stylish. Can wear with a dress or pants. Very soft leather and well made.

I normally wear 9.5 or 10 and I got 10. I could have worn the size 9.5 easily- I got the taupe and like the color- very comfortable- since I got the bigger size I need thicker socks with these- I love these as you can wear with shorts or denim or dresses- super versatile and I get lots of compliments-

This is an UPDATE on my previous review: I returned the size 9.5 Reina Black Cut Stonewash Bootie and ordered a size 10. I had stated my dislike of the extremely heavy distressing on the 9.5 and my intention to polish the size 10 to make the distressing more subtle. I just received the 10s and they are gorgeous! Exactly like the photo this time! My advice to those who receive the extreme version: return them and order another pair. On my return request, I stated my objection to the heavy-handed distressing. I have no idea if someone actually read that, and hand-selected a pair for me, or if it was just the luck of the draw ... whatever - I absolutely love my new Frye Reinas!

These are the best! They are the bomb! I have double digit pairs of cowboy boots, however, these being more like a boot with a heel, they are easier on my feet and back after a few hours of wear. I went 1/2 size larger as I do have morton's neuroma in left foot (irritated nerve). Not for that I would have said, "true to size!".

I have three pairs of these booties. I took the first pair away for a weekend, untried. ( I forgot the rule about not wearing new shoes in this sort of situation) However I need not have worried. These boots were absolutely and totally comfortable right out of the box, and I wore them all day long for almost three straight days. These boots are so good looking, I got a kick out of them, (no pun intended) every time I looked down at my feet. They made my feet look at least two sizes smaller than they are, and are so totally feminine and classy, and at the same time are quite edgy and oh so chic. I am so delighted with them, as soon as I got home I ordered two more pairs. Enough said, buy them.

Well-built, as are all Frye boots but I am returning because the color is not what I expected. Looks to be a lighter gray on-line and in person it appears darker (almost purplish). Cute boot though. I bought them in burgundy instead and that color I love!! I am normally a size 9 but these run big, so I got the 8.5 and they are perfect. Frye in general runs big. All of my Frye boots are an 8.5.

These booties are comfortable right out of the box. I purchased the black nubuck. They are a beautiful pair of booties. I usually wear a 6 medium or 5.5 medium. The 5.5 fit well. I can even wear them with a sock.

Worth the price. I have had foot surgery on both feet and have a difficult time finding comfortable and stylish shoes. These booties fill both requirements. My first time wearing them, I wore them to work, where I walk around campus quite a bit. The only slight problem was the tops of my little and second toes on one foot started rubbing toward the end of the day. I believe this has been solved by wearing a thicker sock (as I had a stocking-type footie on). I ordered a 7, my usual size and it fit true to size.

Love, love, love. I also have in black. Can even travel in comfort in these boots. Great with jeans, dresses and work slacks.

I'm in love with these shoes. Truth be told, they're not the most comfortable, but they're gorgeous and go with everything- flare and skinny jeans, skirts, etc.

I have been wearing these boots for 2 days so far (I got this in the black stone wash) and have already received quite a few compliments. The fit was true to size (I am normally a size 8 so I got these in size 8). My only problem is the leather on the black stonewashed is so stiff that the front of the boot is rubbing against my skin when I walk. My solution was to leave the zippers halfway unzipped to create a 'wider' ankle opening so the front of the boot doesn't chafe my skin (I've heard that Frye boots generally take a few wearing shorts to 'break in' and feel comfortable). I think this may be true because I bought a pair of lightly used Frye Engineer 8R boots which, thankfully had been broken in by its previous owner so it felt very comfortable from the first day I stepped into those engineer 8R boots. This time I wanted ankle booties that would look good with skinny jeans, leggings and short dresses and these Reina boots fit the bill. My Reina boots were 'made in Vietnam' but it didn't surprise me because I had heard that Frye's has been outsourcing to non-US countries for the last 10 years or so.

Beautiful boots, absolutely lovely color,and the fit is perfect (I wear an 11 to 11.5 with a med forefoot and narrowish heel. Definitely a challenge to fit!). The heel is an excellent height for everyday walking. The boots are comfortable all day long.These are keepers!

LOVE the look of these. sassy, stylish and fit well with skinny jeans or bootcut. my only complaint is that there's zero padding in the footbed and the first time wear was a for a party where i was standing for several hours. my feet were definitely sore. more cushion in next version of these and they would be PERFECT!
