Ive had my Dari boots a little over 1 year now. When they arrived, they felt a little tight. I spoke to Nisolo customer service who encouraged me to wear them in rather than opt for another size since theyre real leather. The fit improved slightly but these boots still kill my toes after a few hours of wear (albeit sitting at an office job and only walking between meetings). They are far from the most comfortable boots I own. Theyre beautiful and high quality but certainly not shoes I can wear from day to night. If youre considering these as a comfy bootie: be weary of the pointed toe.

This boot is awesome and looks great. My only complaint is it runs smaller than the Chelsea Boot. I wish I would have sized up a half size bigger.

Just very narrow

They were made very well and looked amazing, but they were too narrow in the tie box and I bought them to wear on a trip to Italy and need a more comfortable boot.

The heal zipper broke unfortunately. I was able to fix it but I think the issue is in the heal design

I received a box with two different sizes (9 & 9.5, neither of which were the size I ordered, 8.5). The leather was true to the color in the photos, and the heel height was good, but the leather at the top of the boot was so stiff it hurt when it rubbed the front of my leg.

Beautiful shoe. But terribly uncomfortable.

I am very disappointed. I purchased a pair of Dari boots. In the package, the leaflet and the protection paper is missing. One boot has the top and bottom color different(very obvious). Not to mention the leather is not smooth and got scratches on some partslike it has been weared before. Its just not worth the price The leather itself is super stiff and not comfortable to walk in at all! I just dont understand how can this get pass your quality check..

The leather is so stuff that it actually leaves marks and make the front of my calf sore. Ive wore them once and am super sad!!

I have purchased two of these one in black and the other one in brandy I have the same problem where my shin hurts every time i wear them but i am so much in love with them.. that I finally decided to keep them.. i now have to figure out a way to keep my shins from hurting they look extremely beautiful and i am still trying to wear them only inside my home.. not sure how long i have to wait before they stop hurting.. looks wise i would rate them 5 stars but comfort wise.. I cant rate them high.. at this moment.. but if i am willing to keep them.. that shows how much i like them. I would still recommend this product as may be it might not be as hurtful but they look beautiful worth a try

I have been looking at these boots for a while and finally took a plunge and got them but I still don't know if I will keep them. They look stunning and I can say that I have not seen anything so beautiful. I own many boots and by far these are the best ones in terms of looks. But I tried to break them in by walking inside the house. It's been two days and every time I walk, the shin area, right where the shoe top hits my legs, gets cut and hurts a lot. I am not sure if that part ever gets soft. I have tried with thick socks, already sized up on the boots but nothing is working as of now. I tried to read all the reviews to see if anyone reported if they get better with time, but I didn't find the answer that I am looking for. I will try for a couple of days inside the house and if they still hurt, I might have to send them back

They recommended wearing them inside to break them in so I could decide to return or not. I did and they still felt tight but they seemed to be stretching and I cant to a moment where I couldnt go back as I needed them for a client meeting and had no other options. Now they have stretched and are ok for a few hours but pinch my toes and I am excited to take my shoes off end of day. I have another pair (smoking shoe in 8) that are perfect so I think the fit issue is particular to the Dari boot. Oh well, my feet will just hurt til I give up and buy something else. I do get compliments on them though lol. Look great, fit is not good for me.

Fitness too wide around the length of the foot and ankle.

Ive bought multiple pairs of Nisolos in the past and I like all of them so far. I have been eyeing on the Dari boots for a while and I was so excited to finally own a pair. I would have to agree with the other reviews that the zipper is quite a challenge to pull up and down. Reading the reviews, I am also aware that there's a break in period for the stiff leather. So I tested it at home from time to time first. But when I finally wore it outside, the boots were far too uncomfortable. I have seen the reviews that the rim of the boots dig into your skin (lower shin area), and I thought that once the shoes are well broken in, it will not be a big problem (since the size is okay for me). But the rims did not just leave a red mark around my lower shin; I actually came home and did not notice that I already had a wound from wearing it all along. I did not feel it because it was really cold out that day. It is unfortunate. I really like Nisolo, and this review is only specific to the Dari boots which I really really looked forward to love. I gave it a couple more tries, always with a bandage on the wounded area, and I still always ended up having difficulty to walk. My wound is a scar now, but I hope there can be some modification or update for these because they are beautiful.

My first impression was that the toe was way more pointy than it looked like in the photos. Then upon trying it on, I found the shoe itself to be wide everywhere except for the toe box which was narrow as other reviewers have mentioned. If you actually have narrow feet, this shoe is not as narrow as I was led to expect and felt boxy in the middle of the foot and heel.

First time buying Nisolo. Boot was very nice looking, but zipper sluggish, very stiff. Needed a 1/2 size which unfortunately they dont have. Was charged for shipping to return which is a HUGE minus. Other similar brands offer free shipping for returns and exchanges.

Loved these out of the box, supple wonderful smell of leather. Unfortunately they were too narrow in the toe box for me!

Beautiful leather BUT digs into leg constantly. For the price their exchange policy should be more forgiving. The leather does not give, and they do not accept returns or exchanges on "worn" items. Would not recommend.

Too, too narrow. Zipper stuck. Struggled to get it open.. then to close it to return these.
